The price was reasonable.Organization!! This location was extremely unorganized and had everyone waiting for over an hour when we all came in with reservations. They also ran out of economic cars and started renting out SUVs instead. They need to get a better system then writing down names and crossing them off as they've helped them. Also had a super small location for the amount of people that were there at once.

Extremely knowledgeable staff with exceptional customer service. There was a problem with availability that kayak didn’t know about, but they (Hertz) didn’t make it MY problem. They resolved the issue using available resources and even bettered the deal for my trouble.Coordination and communication between kayak (the 3rd party) and Hertz would have eliminated the possibility of what could have been a devastating experience for me and my very important family visit to Los Angeles.

Staff mislead me and told me that liability and damage were included in my prepaid amount. I questioned and he reassured, said it was included and just told me to sign the contract. I was going to use my own insurance but when he said this I thought I wouldn’t need to. He lied. Got charged $168Disputed this charge with hertz. Their customer service told me that since I signed I had to pay. Didn’t care that employee mislead & misrepresented what was included when he had me sign the contract. Car was also water damaged and had to change it at the airport. They all acted like it was typical

staff was not at all helpful. they did not reserve the car for me. there was no car I could pick up. they offer me $109 car. which is just not right.they should not confirm booking if they don't have the car

Do not delivernothingI reserved a vehicle n advance for a trip to visit my parents for Thanksgiving. When I arrived , I was told I was on a wait list for a vehicle. I needed to be on the road and had to cancel the reservation and use other means of transportation to see my family for the holiday.

Hertz does not honor kayaks rateWhat's the point of planning ahead and booking if when you get there for pick up there is no car available. There is no car available at all, not only at this location but all surrounding locations. I was there for over 2hours until finally getting a car. I missed my meetings and had to reschedule. It was a mess.

Rented a car forI liked the chairs in the lobby. They where comfortableHad to wait for hours to get noticed, wasnt successful in renting the vehicle, needed a credit check!??, poor customer service.

Ask more questions and look after your money!Pick up and drop off were fine, car was ok, just as we expected. We rented a car for one week firs, then we called and extended our rental for 4 more days. But when we dropped off the car we got a receipt with charges for two full weeks. When we asked why, we were told what no matter how many days of the week we used the car, they will charge for a full week anyway, Than my husband asked to get this car back, so we can use it for 3 more days since we paid for it anyway, Herts agents refused , saying our rental is over. We got no car and were charged for it anyway. So watch for your money, ask how much you will be charged and get it in written too!Overcharges without warnings or explanation.
