Great staff. Passenger van rented in Calgary during snow storm. No winter tires, stuck a few times, had to avoid any hills. Driver's windshield wiper didn't touch windshield making visibility an issue.
Convenient location right by the terminal, not the cheapest option but reasonable but the bonus is open much later for pickup/return if you're flying in late. Everything was a breeze, no issues at all.
Almost perfect. Excellent service and vehicle condition
Big line up. Computer was down. Only one person was attending and writing all info by hand. Other people were around but not interested in helping customer. Enterprise had 4 people helping customers, Gave me big vehicle (not asked for it) cost me more gas as well high insurance charges.
Didnt rent a car as it was cancel by someone at Avis company on me,very unreliable poor service specially when depending on your vehicle to be waiting for you.when traveling . Betty
I rented a car one-way from Calgary airport with a drop off in Banff. I rented the car at about noon and return the car in Banff approx. 7:00pm. I told them I’d be arriving to Banff after they closed at 6:00pm and I was told to put the keys on the drop box. It took me forever to find the parking and when I did find it. I followed the Avis return signs. Once I made about 2 turns down the parking garage, I came to a sign that said the Avis rental car return was closed and to go back up a level. I did this, I found a place to park and went upstairs and dropped the keys in the drop box. I had the car approx. 7 hours total. Today, 4 days later, I got a call from Avis asking if I still had the rental car that was supposed to be returned on the 12th. I told him all of this and I still have not heard back, I still have a huge charge on my credit card and no receipt. Absolute WORST experience!!!
