Pros: They had really nice showerheads
Cons: There were no non-smoking rooms, and not all of the outlets worked.

Pros: There wasnt anything I particularly liked about this hotel.
Cons: My husband and I, along with a mutual friend, had came to charlotte to find a house to buy. We had drove from New jersey 8pm the previous night and had spent the whole next day looking at properties. We were exhausted, as you can imagine, and were planning on leaving at 8pm that night. It was around 4pm and we decided to call around and see who offered hourly rates. Since we were only going to occupy the hotel for 4 to 5 hours we didnt see the need of paying a full nights price. As we called, no one offered us any deals so I decided to look on Kayak for something cheap and came accross budget Inn. As we drove on the property we could see that all of the downstair rooms were open with all the furniture outside on the curb. There also seemed to be a couple of prostitutes hanging around in the parking lot. I went in the lobby and no one was at the desk. I rang the bell and was waiting for someone to come for at least 10 min. When she came i asked about the rooms and she said that they were being renovated. Even though I had reserved online, the ckeck in process was quite long. We got our key and went upstairs. Everything was dated. Nothing seemed too dirty, but with what I had seen outside i couldnt even lay my head on the pillows afraid that I would catch something. I took my sweater off and put it on the pillow and laid on top of the comforter. next time I would rather spend the money to get a good nights sleep.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: There is no cleanliness. The location is bad. I would suggest to stay in your own car rather than go to this place.

Pros: It was cheap, but not nearly cheap enough.
Cons: Area was so sketchy that I did not feel comfortable parking a rental car in their lot despite surveillance. Really, it is quite amazing to me this business is permitted to operate in it's current condition. Signs everywhere about Police Department oversight, rules about visitors etc... Environment seemed more like that of a bad halfway house as opposed to a hotel/motel. Very unclean and obviously unsafe. Also, I believe this establishment makes a significant amount of their income from cancellation fees as the management seemed to make it a point to be unavailable. All in all this was bad enough to be untenable as a place to sleep. Would not even call it a hotel, just a crack den using Kayak/Hotwire to scam people online.

Pros: I felt safe there. Cheapest motel I could find in Charlotte.
Cons: I arrived late (4am) and I had to ring the bell for about 5 min before someone came to the front desk. The lady had trouble finding my reservation (I don't think the front desk had any computer). Because of that I think, it took 20 min to check me in which was unfortunate because I wanted very badly to get to my room to sleep. The health inspection rating was 80.5 which is very low. The pillow sheets had stains on them. The bath towels said "Hospital Property" on them. The bathroom and sink looked ancient. I knew the place had terrible ratings when I chose to stay there but it was the cheapest I could find and I was curious. I can safely say that only the brave should stay here.

Pros: I went to NC for a family emergency and had limited funds. It was cheap and the room was clean. You can tell they vacuumed and had clean sheets, towels. Bed was fairly comfortable. I was exhausted from driving 900 miles in one day. Air conditioner worked excellent! I was nervous about that when I first saw the place and the lobby (if you can call it that) was hot. It was quiet and outside was clean of litter despite the deplorable looking condition.
Cons: It is an old building that they took over, Remote desolate area, shabby is kind of to good to say. Obviously they clean but made no repairs or upkeep. Peeling counters, exterior crumbling looking, At first I was kind of scared to stay there, the aura is that of what you see on police dramas with questionable people. Fridge was not plugged in .

Pros: the staff was accommodating, and friendly not a very clean place but it was a place to sleep
Cons: room was dirty comforter dirty carpet very dirty parking lot has a lot of pot holes

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Terrible location. Our Uber drivers told us to stay in at night. The woman behind the check in counter was behind thick glass with a ton of rules attached to it; both typed from a computer and hand written. I've never heard of a hotel being prohibited by a police deparment from renting rooms to people from certain zip codes. The door had definitely been kicked in before, there was a big stain on the ceiling, burn holes in the bedspread, and the ceiling looked like it was about to cave in on one side. We slept with our sweatshirts on the pillows. The toilet broke the first morning but was fixed quickly. We had 3 adults in one room but were only given 2 tiny, scratchy towels both days. Definitely no coffee pot as advertised. Not even a box of tissues!! Continental breakfast is also advertised but their "common area" is a locked room that isnt open to guests sooo, yeah. I blame myself... I didn't do any research and just booked it because it was cheap. I still can't justify the $90/ night price tag on such a craphole of a place. Never, ever get a room here!!

Pros: Was available at last minute for a room.
Cons: Facilities looked a little run down, but was clean.
Mediocre2,5
Pros: What did I like? Putting this motel in the rear view mirror of my car, behind me.
Cons: The listing description promised free breakfast and free WiFi, there were none. That was a lie. The mattress were old and dipped in the middle. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The one chair in the room was so stained that we wouldn't put anything on it. You got one little sliver of soap, and that was it. The few towels they gave you were small and thin. I would have rather stayed at the Bates motel.

Pros: location
Cons: it definitely needs a makeover. best update those online photos of the inside of the rooms. looks like they just bought the joint and hadn't had anytime to fix it up.
Mediocre2,2
Pros: Trust me, you dont want to stay there'
Cons: This is a nasty place to stay! Everything is old , smell bad and everything bad about this place, there is a lot more places to stay around for the same rate, just keep looking!
Pros: I can't complain - for the price this was a comfortable, clean one night stop on our travels. We checked in late, so we had to go to the bullet-proof window, which was a little scary at first. But when we got to our room, it was cozy and comfortable. Never had any issues with noise or cleanliness.
Cons: The staff probably does what they can with the limited resources they are given, but they can be pretty off-putting.
