Breakfast was amazing, staff are very polite
The food was good and varied daily
They need to give more food options and make some balconies so it can be standard. It’s kind of weird to not be able to let you swim wear dry outside
Friendly Staff, great entertainment team, great night theatre shows, good pool, my son liked the mini kids club spending almost the whole day there. Beach and weather was awesome
Beds were uncomfortable at all unfortunately. Food at the main restaurant was repetitive and a bit low quality. Nonalcoholic drinks were low quality and no fresh juices or cocktails.
Resort was great, friendly staff and great food
The only negative was that our room location was sometimes a little noisy at night
I haven’t been to many all inclusive but this one was awesome. And the staff was extremely friendly and the place was super clean!
The sea gulls were a bit annoying. That’s all I can really find at the moment, the place was perfect.
They upgraded us to the Caribe they own next door, we had a ocean view, quieter pool than royal Solaris, some meals were very Good others were just ok, resort beautiful and well kept, staff very attentive, even more so when you tipped them, everyone very friendly, if I went again I would stay at the caribe again. Many dishes were not great; they are acceptable but not something to rave about. Very busy hotel; not for those wanting a quiet getaway Hotel activities are too loud especially in the lobby at night Only two sets of elevators in entire building; not enough for the capacity of guests of building Always long lines at front desk; they need to add more staff during checkout time.
The food was excellent. My favorite part was the pool and the swim up bar. They have water volleyball and water basketball. There is always some sort of game going on at the pool area. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. Easy bus ride to the night clubs for 50 cents. I could hear everything going on in the next room. The rooms smelled very strong perfume odor. The woman at the front desk was rude. Not the best customer service but, ok for the price.
The staff was excellent! They were all very professional, kind, and courteous. Our room was very clean, the food was tasty.
I hated the fact that Internet was $17 U.S. Dollars for 24 hours! It was supposed to be free! Everyone everywhere wanted/asked for tips.
