Pros: Excellent stay! clean & comfortable. 2 SEPARATE BEDROOMS, living room. full kitchen (stove & oven) we only stayed for 1 day but if i traveled for work or needed an extended stay. This would be the place!
Cons: after we checked in, we entered our room, there was a man in there. of course she was startled. as i pushed past her & my children. He had on a employee jacket (he was a member of the maintance team) he apologized & said that he was checking on something. As we were leaving I was going to inquire at the front desk. He happened to be standing there talking to the young ladies at the desk & he once again apologized. I just wanted to make sure that he was legit & he was!

Pros: Parking was easy, free and good to have onsite. The Jack Binion steak house was amazing - good food and absolutely outstanding service, the best I've received in any restaurant, in the USA or England! Reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable, the layout of the hotel was easy to get around. The room itself was great, large, view over Red River, and good facilities. I didn't use the casino, but all other facilities were top notch. I would recommend.
Cons: The bathroom toilet handle was broken, but all other facilities in the room were good. If I was staying for longer than 1 night I would have called reception as I'm sure they would have moved me, but it was too late when I arrived (too tired to move) so I managed it manually - keep trying the flush. It was workable for a short stay. No other issues.

Pros: Very big rooms, nicely furnished. Good in room facilities- fridge, safe, large screen tv, coffee maker and seating area with sofa. Free parking in multi-storey with good security. All the staff we encountered in hotel and casino were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and customer focussed.
Cons: 1) Resort fee £19.00. Don’t appreciate these separate charges which are common in many casino hotels. Should form part of basic room rate. 2) This included basic wifi, although not clear initially and had to call reception to check. Also only free for two devices and then payment required after that. Better service in majority of basic motels these days so unacceptable for an upmarket casino hotel.

A bargain that I am most likely to take next time I am staying in Bossier City.

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect because you are near the shops. It is easy to walk and shop and not search for parking.
Cons: I did not like that we were not given enough towels when it was time to clean the room. We were advised that there was not any available. I didn't understand that concept. I believe the cleaning staff didn't want to go downstairs to get more towels.

Cons: The lasts time we stayed it was so wonderful so we chose here again. I booked for a king room and got a double queen and one of the beds was broken. When we went to let them know they said thank you but didn’t say anything about the fact that they gave us the wrong room. I’m not saying I won’t be back but I was just very disappointed this time.

Pros: Check in time was 3:00, I was not allowed to check in till 10 or 15 minutes after 3:00. Once in the room, it stunk, I tried the TV and it did not work so I picked up the phone to call the front desk only to determine the phone was not functional either.

We tipped the waitresses that would bring us drinks well, yet they were still rude and rolled their eyes. There isn't at least one place GOOD to eat inside resort. Buffet has terrible food. We'd rather drive to the Horseshoe. The Horseshoe has great restaurants, terrific buffet, and a bar for dancing and drinking. Always seems to be under construction. The gift shop is lacking. Horseshoe has tons of shops inside and a place to pick up snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. Margaritaville is newer, yet it's lacking a lot of amenities.

Cons: Originally booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was perfect , the other was supposed to have 2 single beds (for 2 men rooming together) and we were told that there were no double beds , even though thats what was booked online.

Pros: Parking was easy, free and good to have onsite. The Jack Binion steak house was amazing - good food and absolutely outstanding service, the best I've received in any restaurant, in the USA or England! Reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable, the layout of the hotel was easy to get around. The room itself was great, large, view over Red River, and good facilities. I didn't use the casino, but all other facilities were top notch. I would recommend.
Cons: The bathroom toilet handle was broken, but all other facilities in the room were good. If I was staying for longer than 1 night I would have called reception as I'm sure they would have moved me, but it was too late when I arrived (too tired to move) so I managed it manually - keep trying the flush. It was workable for a short stay. No other issues.

Pros: Very big rooms, nicely furnished. Good in room facilities- fridge, safe, large screen tv, coffee maker and seating area with sofa. Free parking in multi-storey with good security. All the staff we encountered in hotel and casino were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and customer focussed.
Cons: 1) Resort fee £19.00. Don’t appreciate these separate charges which are common in many casino hotels. Should form part of basic room rate. 2) This included basic wifi, although not clear initially and had to call reception to check. Also only free for two devices and then payment required after that. Better service in majority of basic motels these days so unacceptable for an upmarket casino hotel.
