Pros (+) Staff at all levels were the kindest and friendliest I'd ever met! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Probably the best hotel I ever stayed at. Will recommend to friends and family.
Pros (+) The location to the local casinos was great
Cons (-) No microwave in room. There was a random ceiling fan. Called on phone and was told free breakfast with reservation and wasn't true. Pool closed early for cleaning. 6 hours later and still not opened. Tiny pillows and no place for phone charger.

Pros (+) First - the reservation did not 'show up' in their system - I had to call hotels.com and verify...EVEN THOUGH I had a confirmation number.IT took almost 30 minutes to get in my room. Once everything was "verified" I was told they only had a smoking room available...since I 'didn't have a reservation. The room was I guess handicapped accessible - there was a weird shower - that inevitably got water...
