Pros:Very helpful and sympathetic AVIS staff. Reservation was cancelled at the desk with minimal issues.
Cons:I can't remember renting a car and being charged a mileage fee above and beyond the base price, taxes and other fees that are usually included in the quoted total. Even then, when I was presented with the "estimated cost" that substantially exceeded the price quoted on Kayak, Avis was only "estimating" 80 miles @ $0.30/mile when the rental agreement clearly stated that the car would be returned at a location >300 miles away! Very deceptive on both Kayak and Avis' parts! Thankfully, I had the option of driving my own vehicle and the reservation was cancelled.

Pros:Enterprise exchange the car.
Cons:If Enterprise checks the cars before renting them. I got a car whose seatbelt in the passenger side did not work.

Cons:I didn't get to pick up my car. I arrived at enterprise st 8 a.m. to get my car. There was line around the building. At 9 a.m. they announced they didnt have any cars ready. I stayed in the line until 930. It was extremely hot outside. I was also number 9 in line and they only helped 3 people while I was there
Pros:The car was new and pick up was easy.
Cons:They don’t do routine checks on their vehicles, the rented me a 2020 vehicle with bad breaks.
Cons:My reservation was at 1pm and Enterprise closed on Saturday at 1pm, so when I arrived I was unable to rent a vehicle.
Cons:Y’all charged me and there were NO CARS AVAILABLE SO I USED A DIFFERENT COMAPNY NOW REFUND MY MONEY BACK

Cons:I was called and told car reserved was not available. In fact no cars would be available until following week. Online reservations need to get in sync with locations. Travel plans ruined. VERY disappointed.

Cons:Representative at Hertz called mel "not to waste the trip since they were out of cars" Online reservations are not in sync. Travel plans turned disastrously! Very disappointed.

Pros:Destiny the gm at my original location called the gm at the airport to help me get the same rate because her location was closing when I arrived
Cons:If other managers would honor your reservation when presented with the copy of the reservation
Cons:When i arrived to the location it was out of business. There was no rental car business at the location!
Pros:staff was rude and very unhelpful, did not give me a vehicle that I reserved days ahead and spent more time trying leave rather than help resolve my problem. Very disappointed with my experience.
Cons:If they had the vehicle I paid a deposit for and actually help work out the issues we having.
