Cons:
I didn't get to pick up my car. I arrived at enterprise st 8 a.m. to get my car. There was line around the building. At 9 a.m. they announced they didnt have any cars ready. I stayed in the line until 930. It was extremely hot outside. I was also number 9 in line and they only helped 3 people while I was there5,6 Fair

I was called and told car reserved was not available. In fact no cars would be available until following week. Online reservations need to get in sync with locations. Travel plans ruined. VERY disappointed.Budget
