Pros (+) Room did not have bedding and dirty towels were on the floor. We were moved to a different room after an hour wait. They had several people complaining. The staff was doing the best they could but not the start that we wanted.

Cons (-) We received a double bed room and the beds did not seem to be queen size. Other than that...all was well.

Cons (-) Double charged. No mgr available for at least another week. Dripping wet fridge (maintenance would only be called if we agreed to stay in room while being fixed). Damp smell in room. Surly male clerk - same one pm and morning shifts. Other staff delightful to deal with.

Cons (-) Fridge filled with dripping water, few towels and poor quality, ice machine broken, when checking out, I gave desk clerk my credit card to cover last minute snack purchases as we were running late. He not only charged for snacks but also charged my card $148 for room thAt was booked and paid through Kayak several days earlier. I did not know this until decline and charges arrived in email today. N...

Pros (+) The whole stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and nice. They were completely understanding when I called to advise I was going to be delayed checking out, and agreed to extend my checkout time without hesitation.

Cons (-) Very very minor cleaning mistakes. But I'm a picky neat freak.
