Pros: One of the best hotels we have stayed in the entire europe! the room was extremely clean & cozy and every day we come back at the end of the day the room is super clean and everything is restocked even the small things like the melted candles ! the staff were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is THE BEST !!!! the food is so so so good and delicious. The spa is something extraordinary and the best spa we have ever been! The staff, the spa, the food & the place is to be remembered and definitely will come back to stay longer than 3 days.
Cons: Nothing at all. we fell in love with everything

Pros: Very relaxing atmosphere

Pros: Wonderful hotel, exquisite design, beautiful rooms & interior. Staff was extremely friendly and the dinner at the Restaurant as well as the breakfast were amazing. Definitely (one of) the best hotels I've been to. Recommend 100% and we will definitely be back!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The room & bathroom were very spacious. Great selection in the breakfast buffet Great selection in the in-room dining Great movie selection on TV It was a very relaxing stay
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Village on the mountion side, amazing nature a great hotel with a great spa
Cons: rude stuff,no action to solve problems
9,6 Excellent
Cons: Very disappointed at the so called Michelin Japanese restaurant. First of all, they have a dress code but didn’t tell us when we booked. Jeans is ok but a long black sport pant is unacceptable. Then, we were led to a wrong table with flowers - I thought they made a surprise for our honeymoon but found out the staff came to say Happy Birthday to me? After that, no one came to us to ask our allergy. To be frank, the seafood were not fresh, and other food were below average. They simply put carrot in very dishes. At the end, gave us a wrong bill with food which I didn’t ordered or eaten. Very disappointed at the restaurant. If you want to book a dinner, just go to the main restaurant and you will have better food and service.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and welcoming The room was very large and definitely worth the price. The view was otherworldly, simply amazing. The food was excellent (albeit quite expensive) Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular.
Cons: It was quite disappointing that we booked a room with complimentary breakfast, yet the omlettes have an extra charge. Housekeeping also once gave us a cpupke of dirty towels and didn’t bother to replace the bedsheets. Other than that, the hotel itself is a great, affordable place to stay at.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Andermatt was the perfect place to be based for some cycling of the local passes and the Alpenhotel Schlüssel was a great place to stay, with friendly staff, a great breakfast and lockable bike room (ski room). We enjoyed our stay at the Alpenhotel Schlüssel and would stay there again if we were in Andermatt.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The property had a free private parking, which was very convenient and appreciated. Definitely recommended
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Close to all the main village amenities - shops, bars, restaurants, etc - whilst being just a few minutes' walk from the station; rooms (all, I think, with balconies) are pleasant (if rather bland, in the typical Swiss chalet style), with views of the mountains above the other buildings in the village; hard-working owner was pleasant and helpful; nice big bath towels, and the shower didn't soak the bathroom floor (as so often happens in hotels); useful, very large Co-Op supermarket downstairs
Cons: Lack of a star-rating makes it difficult to know what to expect and to assess it fairly - I think it's a reasonably solid three-star (whatever its official status) and have rated it accordingly; the cold buffet breakfast was OK but a bit limited

Pros: Fabulous friendly host, amazing location, spotless clean and great breakfast. Loved it so much we stayed an extra night.

5,4 Okay
Pros: Family staff is really nice, they like their job.
Cons: Old-fashioned, cheap decor from 70’s. It really needs redecoration.
7,1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was decent, especially the birchermuesli. Booked a single room and was allocated a twin so had more space than expected. Simple but clean. Located very near station so perfect for late arrival/early departure on public transport.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location & looked like it had been recently refurbished.
6,3 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and hot water temp was good!
Cons: When we went down to breakfast there was not a table with our room # on it. Someone forgot to tell the breakfast lady we stayed there. She gave us a place to sit, but then proceeded to set up another table before asking if we wanted coffee....talk about feeling like second class guests....everyone already dining was passing judgement on us simply by their looks at us....
7,1 Good
Pros: Position, the breakfast was ok.
Cons: the hotel room was old fashioned, there was a sink in the room with a big mixer tap like a kitchen sink, the bathroom had a curtain which is not at all modern. there was a single bed in my room as well as the double, room too big for one.

Pros: Newly renovated room in a very nice old house. As I did have to leave early morning, Michele get up early and served excellent comprehensive breakfast only for me, comprising coffee, juice, meat, cheese, muesli, …). Thanks Michele.

Pros: Great place to stay- very comfortable, quiet in the middle of town; superb kitchen
Cons: Atmosphere, friendly hosts
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff including the waiters were excellent. The food was also excellent. As there is no elevator, those with physical limitations should be aware.
Cons: I thought the town would have more attractions but it was off season while we were there.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We booked breakfast and dinner and stayed for two nights. Their service makes us feel very comfortable and kind. The quality of the accommodation equipment is excellent and clean. Very quiet at night. They have good cooking skills. The food is very refined and delicious. They are doing very well. I highly recommend this hotel. They all do the best service.
Cons: No.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We came to cycle the Gottardo Pass. They have a bike room, which made things very easy. Both our breakfast and dinner were delicious.
Cons: The kitchen was a little loud in the evening while we were in our room. Not a big deal, as the dinner was phenomenal and made with love. I would have liked to see a few more vegetarian options on the menu.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It is a brilliant place located in the heart of Andermatt. Cosiest hotel with calm atmosphere and absolutely stunning room which is equipped all what you need and has modern interior. The breakfast was the best during my long trip over Switzerland. I would back to this play again and again.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant stay.
Cons: No tea / coffee facilities in the room or available to guests.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: cosy hotel with a view on the mountains, very good restaurant, comfy beds, practical bathroom, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast
Cons: we arrived at dinner time (during the rush) and we were a bit lost because the reception is the bar of the restaurant, we didn't know who to ask to check in. as it is an old building, the roof of the room is a bit low, but it gives a cosy feeling.
