Pros: Everyone at this hotel was so very kind and helpful! One of the staff who helped us in from our check in was an amazing friendly face and he followed up when we were passing through the lobby. This was a great place to stay in Berlin! Thank you!

Pros: The hotel is located just opposite the train station. It's a very happening area of the city with many restaurants. The rooms are great with all the facilities you would require. The staff are very helpful and warm.
Cons: Nothing. Perfect hotel for a base in Berlin.

Pros: Great view from the top floor and lounge great to relax in with a drink, although I used that less than previous visits, spending more time touring instead. Well appointed room, and lived the alarm clock/radio/phone with built in charging cables.
Cons: Bed was a bit harder than I remember most Intercontinental beds to be, and so I struggled to sleep on my side. Water in the shower seemed to cycle unexpectedly between expected temperature, hot and cold. Was not quite on the same par as the Singapore club lounges with personal recognition on returning subsequently to the lounge during the visit.

Pros: Great design and features. The included breakfast buffet had soooo many options. The hotel is and feels new and the location is great for getting around Berlin - just a short walk to U2 station or a slightly longer short walk to the large station at Potsdamer Platz
Cons: Pillows were extremely thin and soft. I could not get enough neck support and woke up sore. Climate control is done through the TV but it never worked for me so I was at the mercy of the hotel temp.

Pros: The location was amazing! We didn't even realize there was a Ubahn station at the edge of the hotel with cars going through the center of the hotel until our second day there. Brandenburg Tor was only a short walk away. the staff was friendly.
Cons: I heard the breakfast was expensive, so we walked to the nearby cafes instead. They claimed you could control the temperature from the TV, but we couldn't cool the room down any.

Pros: Loved the breakfast. Parking garage is under the hotel at €17 a day. Everything was clean, modern, and spacious. Public transportation is right outside. A short walk from the Europasportpark.
Cons: Wi-Fi limited to 2 devices peer room, and once we tried to logout one and login a third device, none of our devices could connect. Extremely disappointing especially when everything else was so great.

Pros: They have an excellent breakfast selection, always replenished. Breads, pastries, meats, fish, cheeses, eggs, fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereals, a variety of juices. The concierge does a great job. The showers and soaking tub are luxurious. The Skybar is attractive. The rooms are very modern with artful lighting.
Cons: I've stayed twice. While some might find it a little distance from the central city, it's right on a tram and a train line. This gives easy access. The area has a variety of interesting points.

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable: bathrooms were great, beds comfy. The selection of food for breakfast was superb.
Cons: Whilst the hotel was very close to the S Bahn station and tram, I felt it wasn't an ideal location to stay on a weekend break as there is not much in the immediate vicinity.

Pros: The hotel has a lot of amenities the rooms are super comfortable and it's very modern. Also the S station is right across the street. Their 14th floor bar and lounge is great too.
Cons: The shower let's the water out into the bathroom floor not a big deal but it can be annoying. Most of the tourist venues and restaurants are a little far

Pros: the hotel and the room are both great for the price. new bathroom, nice amenities, ac that works (a rarity in berlin), good bed, free wifi, decent gym, and a great hotel restaurant -- with a chef who has a Michelin star.
Cons: The only real downside is the neighborhood. I enjoy exploring a new neighborhood so I tried this out..turns out it's not a neighborhood, it's an intersection -- and one without awesome access to other better neighborhoods. So that's the downside, and it's a big one since Berlin has a bunch of great areas to try.

Pros: Location - even far from the center, stands just next to the sBhan that gives you a lot of immediate options for travel The are very convinient and modern Very good breakfast !! Restaurant - good one at the entrance floor Late night Bar- until 02:00 am and convinient to the visitor instead of going far sometimes.
Cons: The distance - sometimes not allow you to make a short visit in the hotel during the day, even with the S/U Bahn Conferences - sometimes big one can be cozy.., but you are out anyway ...

Pros: Honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! From the lovely smell pumped into reception to the magic TV to the mirror in our room, every detail had been thought about. The river view is stunning and the rooms aren't just cool looking, the bed was super comfy too! My only worry when going to stay here was it would be noisy as it might attract people going to the many nightclubs nearby but the rooms seem incredibly well soundproofed! I honestly wouldn't even bother looking to stay elsewhere next time we go. I only hope it isn't full!
Cons: The breakfast is a fairly costly addition when you've managed to get a deal on the room. But that's really the only thing I can find as a negative! I never had it so it may well be worth the price!

Cons: I didn't like that the internet is costly chargeable (This old system doesn't exist anywhere in the civil world anymore). The welcoming is not special (No welcoming water, fruits.....).

Pros: We had a great time at this hotel. The location is perfect and you can walk to a lot of different sites and the public transportation is really close, literally out the front door to get to one of the lines. The room was really quiet also. The bar was by far the best experience. We closed the Listo bar several nights during our stay and had a great time with the bartenders Jannick and Ole and the other bar staff as well.
