Guests say

Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent central location and convenient access to public transport and attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including reports of cockroaches and mold, as well as negative experiences with uncomfortable beds and unfriendly or unhelpful service. Noise levels were also a common complaint, with several guests disturbed by street or emergency vehicle sounds. While a few guests found the hotel suitable for short stays and budget travel, the overall sentiment was mixed, with positives mostly limited to the location.
