Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at Uber Arena and access to public transport. Some found the rooms spacious and staff friendly. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, value for price, and breakfast quality. Problems with air conditioning, noise, and maintenance were also noted. While the location and some aspects of service stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and overall value.

Pros (+) It was close to a cool area, but also a very loud area of Berlin.
Cons (-) The shower door didn't close, the shower head was broken, the window in the room didn't quite shut all the way, so you could hear constant noise until well into the morning. Staff wasn't very friendly upon checking in.
