Pros: Breakfast was exceptional. My husband and I must have spent 1.5 hours at breakfast each morning. It was like having a 3 course meal. Worth getting up early for. No need to eat again until the evening. We stayed in the Adlon Residence. Large comfortable room.

Pros: By far my favorite hotel experience ever. It was very luxurious, beautifully appointed, and the service was superb! We were welcomed by a very pleasant and courteous bellman, and every ancounter with staff thereafter was remarkable for its pleasant, service oriented tone. They are in a very deluxe hotel and they treated us, ordinary guests, as if they were delighted to have us! And the breakfast buffet was out of this world!! A terrific experience from start to finish.

Pros: Very nice hotel, perfect location, right by the train station, walking distance to most tourist points of interest in that area. The room was spacious and clean, included capsule coffee machine which was absolutely perfect! Went to Berlin to celebrate husband´s birthday and they actually got out of their way to make our stay inolvidable. Special thanks to Fabian, very professional and welcoming.

They didn’t send anything so I had to call myself, then that hadn’t done anything. I was asking about contact information to do a police report for my insurance but they weren’t willing to help. Cons: Overcharged in the bar for drinks and the manager blamed it on our miscommunication with the money. Told on check in we had breakfast included by the receptionist but made pay €144 for breakfast on check out. When complained to manager told that the receptionist expressed himself unclearly and it was miscommunication but no refund or compensation offered. Was in crutches with a broken leg at the time yet no staff member offered assistance to bring bags to the room, to have a table that was suitable for breakfast or even a room that was catered for a disabled person I.e. an accessible shower. Overall very poor performance by staff, extremely disrespectful of customers with very rude treatment. If looking for location and don’t care about staff morale then the hotel will suit if looking to be treated correctly do NOT go to this establishment.

Cons: Although the hotel has enlarged the gym, it did so in removing some of the amenities such as the aroma therapy room, the juice, etc. bar, and the pool was too cold this trip. I also miss the frendly and delicious rstaurants that were previously available. Nevertheless, I would likely opt to stay there again.

Cons: Overall staff was not very client oriented: - We were given (without notice or information at check in) a different type of room than what we booked for and when asking about this we were told there was no alternative - We had an issue with the TV remote (likely the batteries were out of charge) and the TV would not switch off. It took us 3 times of informing the staff (we kept on being told they were addressing the issue) and 2 hours and 15 minutes to have it solved. We had just asked to replace the batteries or show us how to unplug the tv from the wall (which wasn't self evident given it almost being attached to the wall).

Pros: Firstly the customer service here was excellent, I had an issue with the heating on the first night and the hotel treated me to a complimentary breakfast and a lovely cocktail to compensate. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are very comfy, it’s also in a very central location. I will definitely being staying here next time I’m in Berlin. Thanks for a great stay!

Cons: Room is in a very sad condition: dirty stains on the curtains, basin is clogged, shower tiles are falling off. Got charged 20 cent more in the lobby bar. Someone entered the room at 8:30 in the morning, despite check-out time was at 11. Unfortunately cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty spacious and the cleaning lady cleaned it every day. The hotel is not in the center,but it is 2 min walk from the Ubahn station where you can catch the metro. The breakfast was included in the price, and I must admit it was one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve ever had!
