Our stay at the Adlon was unforgettable and I'm already looking forward to returning there one day!

Pros: Hotel was located well. Within steps of Brandenburg Gate, the US Embassy, French Embassy and Metro station. Five minute walk to the Reichstag. Hotel has an old world charm and elegance. Rooms are spacious and beautiful with dark wood accents. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, from the doorman to the concierge to the check-in receptionist.

Pros: By far my favorite hotel experience ever. It was very luxurious, beautifully appointed, and the service was superb! We were welcomed by a very pleasant and courteous bellman, and every ancounter with staff thereafter was remarkable for its pleasant, service oriented tone. They are in a very deluxe hotel and they treated us, ordinary guests, as if they were delighted to have us! And the breakfast buffet was out of this world!! A terrific experience from start to finish.

Cons: The Adlon hotel is a pricey hotel. Even the prices at the bar reflect that! Nevertheless an awesome place to stay if one likes luxury, cleanliness, and extreme friendly attentiveness from the staff!

Cons: Not much to dislike. This hotel is the go-to hotel for royalty (Queen of England) and the President of the US. It is priced accordingly, so be willing to splurge if you stay here.

Cons: Asked the concierge desk twice over two days to book a lunch reservation. They only notified my room that it was confirmed about two hours before the requested reservation time. By then I'd already made other plans and left the room.

Great service from beginning to end and my son and I were at the amazing rooftop pool /spa everyday. I don’t normally gush about hotel stays but this is a great hotel from top to bottom. Cons: Although my massage was good. There was no ambiance music and all I kept hearing was the blender going off and on which completely ruined the mood. Mixed gender nude saunas. I find it extremely unhygienic and unsanitary to sit thigh to thigh in the nude with a stranger. Swimwear should be optional.

The nearby railway arches have fabulous restaurants with a wide range of cuisine. The hotel room was spacious with twin beds and a clean well-sized bathroom. It was excellent value. The staff were extremely helpful, giving directions, and helping with on-line flight check-in. We ate breakfast out as there are so many excellent cafes near (special mention to the Little Green Rabbit, Unter den Linden 21).

Pros: Great view from the top floor and lounge great to relax in with a drink, although I used that less than previous visits, spending more time touring instead. Well appointed room, and lived the alarm clock/radio/phone with built in charging cables.
Cons: Bed was a bit harder than I remember most Intercontinental beds to be, and so I struggled to sleep on my side. Water in the shower seemed to cycle unexpectedly between expected temperature, hot and cold. Was not quite on the same par as the Singapore club lounges with personal recognition on returning subsequently to the lounge during the visit.

Cons: What could be greatly improved is breakfast. The breakfast concept is absolutely right. Unfortunately, it does not work. Glasses to drink can no longer be less. And if they are the smallest glasses in the world, it would be good to complement them. Water with sliced lemon costs nothing at all, so why not fill it? Food that should be warm is cold. Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans. Mini sausages were cold and not done properly, not done inside. What still bothered me, but it is nothing significant, only it is very annoying is the fact that when a person moves around the hotel, so he constantly loses internet wifi connection.

Cons: Only complaints are that I was put in a wheelchair room without a traditional shower (more of an open bathroom with red emergency pulls). Furthermore, I ordered in-room breakfast and placed the slip on my door some 6 hours before the deadline. In the morning, the slip was still there - nobody had come by and even picked it up. Had to leave for the airport on an empty stomach as a result.

Pros: The hotel is very well located - close to the center and Kudamm, a lot of good restaurants and cafes in the area. The rooms are big and comfortable, the pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good, we experienced no waiting lines, always there were a lot of free tables, the food selection was also very good. The spa area was also not busy at all, open till 22:00, it was very nice to go to a sauna and swimming pool after a long day.

Cons: Despite new furniture and decoration, hotel itself is pretty old. Lifts are slow, one was not working. Air-condition is very very loud, our sink was running and there was always water on the flow. Also, shower-holder is not 100% paired with the shower itself - you always need to turn it aside in order to avoid water on the floor. And in the bathroom, there was always a sort of smell of old sanitation system. Once we left the hotel at 14:00 and asked for room service and towel change - when we were back at 20:00 nothing was done, our request was ignored. Need to ask the second time - then it worked. One day someone else used our room-number for breakfast, it created no problem for us but indicates that it was not controlled properly. In my opinion, quality doesn't meet the price. Next time we will stay there only if discount will be offered.

Pros: The location was amazing! We didn't even realize there was a Ubahn station at the edge of the hotel with cars going through the center of the hotel until our second day there. Brandenburg Tor was only a short walk away. the staff was friendly.
Cons: I heard the breakfast was expensive, so we walked to the nearby cafes instead. They claimed you could control the temperature from the TV, but we couldn't cool the room down any.

Pros: We ended up overnighting in Berlin as we had to leave Poland suddenly when they closed the borders. After an exhausting day, we just wanted some clean comfy beds to lay our heads. We were very pleasantly surprised when we landed at NH Collection. We got fantastic value for money. Large room with really comfy beds. Great shower, bathroom and mirrors. Banquet breakfast was phenomenal. However we made the mistake of not including in when booking on a booking.com, and ended up paying €28 rather than €20. Ouch. However it was worth the price.

The location is perfect and you can walk to a lot of different sites and the public transportation is really close, literally out the front door to get to one of the lines. The room was really quiet also. The bar was by far the best experience. We closed the Listo bar several nights during our stay and had a great time with the bartenders Jannick and Ole and the other bar staff as well.

Also, the location of the hostel just perfect, you can reach any place in the city center of Berlin just with foot and close to the hostel you can find shops, bars and etc. Stuff was super nice too and free coffee and tea the entire day, also you can have a beer for 1.5 euro during happy hours!

Cons: Breakfast service was good but I would suggest providing a tray. This would be necessary to avoid getting up frequently to get more food. When I returned to my table, the staff had already taken the dish and glass I left there. Also the water glasses were too small and one of them had a (small) crack.

Cons: I trust that this is the worst hotel I ever stay in my whole life. Even the difficult situation at the moment, they never offered me any flexible or option. The reservation can answer only that my city and Berlin are not crisis areas and they didn't consider that the COVID 19 is a force majeure. So, I assumed that they don't mind if any guest from risk countries staying or affect to others guest at their hotel . Again, this is the unprofessional hotel and you will not get any help in return.

Cons: There was no balcony in the room, although promised in the room description. The room was not heated, which is a brave idea in the Central Europe: it was 17C when we got there, with 10C outside - think about winter! The hotel staff supplied an external heater when asked twice. And most important: they make you pay upfront and they don't respect the booking.com calcellation policies! I made a booking for two nights but after the first night, I had to cancel another night because of Coronavirus travel restrictions. Expecting (sort of that), I made a flexible (and more expensive) booking via booking.com, allowing to cancel reservation just before the beginning of stay. THE HOTEL DIDN'T RESPECT THAT and charged me for two nights. So, I''d say EUR240 for one night in this hotel wasn't exactly a bargain.

Pros: great location. close to restaurants, bars, attractions, and transit. lots of amenities and common areas to hang out. very friendly helpful staff. loved having a private shower for the room.

Pros: great location. close to restaurants, bars, attractions, and transit. lots of amenities and common areas to hang out. very friendly helpful staff. loved having a private shower for the room.
Cons: only one lift and one staircase on opposite side from my room. it was very hot in my room until my last day there when all my roommates checked out and I opened the windows all the way. not a quiet place if that's what you're looking for.
