Like temperature control, super comfortable beds (the most comfy beds I've ever had in a hotel). Breakfast was included...a stunning breakfast buffet including luxury features like Caviar...as well as champagne, Asian fried rice...a lovely buffet!!
Our stay at the Adlon was unforgettable and I'm already looking forward to returning there one day!

Pros: Hotel was located well. Within steps of Brandenburg Gate, the US Embassy, French Embassy and Metro station. Five minute walk to the Reichstag. Hotel has an old world charm and elegance. Rooms are spacious and beautiful with dark wood accents. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, from the doorman to the concierge to the check-in receptionist.

Pros: By far my favorite hotel experience ever. It was very luxurious, beautifully appointed, and the service was superb! We were welcomed by a very pleasant and courteous bellman, and every ancounter with staff thereafter was remarkable for its pleasant, service oriented tone. They are in a very deluxe hotel and they treated us, ordinary guests, as if they were delighted to have us! And the breakfast buffet was out of this world!! A terrific experience from start to finish.

Cons: The Adlon hotel is a pricey hotel. Even the prices at the bar reflect that! Nevertheless an awesome place to stay if one likes luxury, cleanliness, and extreme friendly attentiveness from the staff!

Cons: Not much to dislike. This hotel is the go-to hotel for royalty (Queen of England) and the President of the US. It is priced accordingly, so be willing to splurge if you stay here.

Cons: Asked the concierge desk twice over two days to book a lunch reservation. They only notified my room that it was confirmed about two hours before the requested reservation time. By then I'd already made other plans and left the room.

Cons: Although my massage was good. There was no ambiance music and all I kept hearing was the blender going off and on which completely ruined the mood. Mixed gender nude saunas. I find it extremely unhygienic and unsanitary to sit thigh to thigh in the nude with a stranger. Swimwear should be optional.

The nearby railway arches have fabulous restaurants with a wide range of cuisine. The hotel room was spacious with twin beds and a clean well-sized bathroom. It was excellent value. The staff were extremely helpful, giving directions, and helping with on-line flight check-in. We ate breakfast out as there are so many excellent cafes near (special mention to the Little Green Rabbit, Unter den Linden 21).

Cons: What could be greatly improved is breakfast. The breakfast concept is absolutely right. Unfortunately, it does not work. Glasses to drink can no longer be less. And if they are the smallest glasses in the world, it would be good to complement them. Water with sliced lemon costs nothing at all, so why not fill it? Food that should be warm is cold. Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans. Mini sausages were cold and not done properly, not done inside. What still bothered me, but it is nothing significant, only it is very annoying is the fact that when a person moves around the hotel, so he constantly loses internet wifi connection.

Cons: The hotel was advertised as breakfast buffet as an amenity. Even in the room it had a note about the hours "to enjoy the breakfast." When I went to enjoy the breakfast, they wanted to add an extra fee. The carpets were smelly.

Cons: One person wallet in the room was stolen ! I know that there are wooden lockers but apparently it can be easily broken . I urge the hostel to change the wooden lockers to something more resistant to breaking.

Cons: Only complaints are that I was put in a wheelchair room without a traditional shower (more of an open bathroom with red emergency pulls). Furthermore, I ordered in-room breakfast and placed the slip on my door some 6 hours before the deadline. In the morning, the slip was still there - nobody had come by and even picked it up. Had to leave for the airport on an empty stomach as a result.

Pros: I had a great 2 night stay here over a 3 day trip. The hotel was in a very central location being a 2 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. It took 40 Minutes to get to the hotel using public transport from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful & were doing all they could to make the stay great. We were able to check in early and got a room with a great view of the Berlin Tower. The room was a good size for 2 people. Great layout and facilities in the room & a lovely bathroom. All round great stay, would go straight back to this hotel if I was in Berlin again.

Pros: We ended up overnighting in Berlin as we had to leave Poland suddenly when they closed the borders. After an exhausting day, we just wanted some clean comfy beds to lay our heads. We were very pleasantly surprised when we landed at NH Collection. We got fantastic value for money. Large room with really comfy beds. Great shower, bathroom and mirrors. Banquet breakfast was phenomenal. However we made the mistake of not including in when booking on a booking.com, and ended up paying €28 rather than €20. Ouch. However it was worth the price.

Pros: Hotel was very well located. Close to main attractions, food and shopping and half a block from train station. Staff was helpful. We arrived early after a long train trip and they were able to acomcomodate us. Room was nice too.
Cons: Room was very hot. We could not turn the heater down. We notified the hotel staff and they were able to lower the temperature a little bit but it was still warm. I woke up with a headache every day. It was the only inconvenience.

The location is perfect and you can walk to a lot of different sites and the public transportation is really close, literally out the front door to get to one of the lines. The room was really quiet also. The bar was by far the best experience. We closed the Listo bar several nights during our stay and had a great time with the bartenders Jannick and Ole and the other bar staff as well.

Pros: I am sure I ordered and ticked the box for breakfast and I bigger room, I certainly paid for it. However, when I got there the staff said I had not booked with breakfast and they offered to sell me breakfast again! I had already paid for it but this was not on my booking confirmation. SO I went somewhere else close by and got a great breakfast. What a shame. created a bad atmosphere!

Cons: The wall is thin... I could hear someone's alarm going off from my bed, not to mention people walking around and talking in the hallways. There was a door that you would use your room key to open, but it failed to open so many times. Luckily, the front reception was still open (they close at 1am I think?) So he let me in.

Pros: I was traveling back to the UK post-lockdown from Germany and had to take a transit halt at Germany due to early morning flight. COVID 19 allowed limited hotel staffs so I guess the facilities were restricted too. Safety guidelines were followed nicely. I was tired due to a 3h train journey and hotel staff said an upgrade is available. However, owing to tiredness I somehow could not hear that I need to pay 15€ extra. But that was my fault but still, I was sad. Room with city view was awesome but I did not like the design of toilets and showers. Both toilet and showers were separated which I do not remember when I last saw that too in a 4-star hotel. It was a double twin bed room. I know hotel had limited staff but I was still paying full. Still that was no reason that not even tea bags, creamer and sugar was not available. Also, there was still nippiness in the air and the room was cold. Heating was below average and I need to wrap myself properly in blankets for a cozy sleep. Breakfast was way below-standard not in terms of quality but in terms of choices (Again COVID side-effects). To sum-up, my expectations from Park-Inn was may be too high and limited staffs , poor heating, aesthetics (toilet), limited breakfast options, no tea kit bags, and of-course COVID-19 made it worse. But I am sure it is not as bad as my review. I would give excellent rating for the city-view but even with COVID-19, a 4-star hotel from Radission was way below par.

The room was pretty clean and well maintained, although the curtain in front of the shower was broken. There was a safe which was useful, although the minibar which was supposed to be below it was missing.

Cons: Check-in was painful. Took almost an hour to check-in.
Room was very small which was ok but the bathroom/shower setup was not designed well. Running the shower resulted in water all over the bathroom floor since door not good and could not put bathmat down because of door clearance. The water temperature would fluctuate during a shower from scalding hot to cool.

Cons: The lack of a bathroom isn’t ideal, having the shower right next to the bed is a bit strange. I booked a room with a double bed, however it turned out this was just two single beds pushed together which was somewhat disappointing. During the night the beds kept sliding apart, but eventually we found there were hooks to attach them together, meaning we had to crawl on the floor during the middle of the night trying to fix it. Mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable at all.

Cons: It was so strange to make the guests to wait too much time at the reception! (even just to borrow a hair-dryer). It is a system fault not a fault for reception guys! It is a huge hostel but there is just one guy at reception. It is unacceptable. Management have to consider human traffic. Also here does not have a hostel soul, it was much more like a hotel.

Cons: I was placed in a room with only men for the whole five days. One had a knife and one group had drugs, so I didn't feel safe being the only female. People were smoking in the corridors. The noise at night from other people on the same floor was terrible. People screaming and shouting all night, slamming doors and knocking on people's doors and then running away like five year olds.

Cons: - Storage lockers were broken, so I needed to lock up my suitcase at the trainstation. I found the last available locker. If I hadn't gotten that, I would have needed to wheel my bag around Berlin the entire day. I got in a few hours before my room was ready, so I didn't have another choice.
- The room was dirty, but that was probably more of a function of the 5 other people staying in the room. The nice thing was that none of the other 5 people slept in the room, but were out all night.
- Our room's bathroom was out of toilet paper. Why didn't the staff see that?

Cons: only one lift and one staircase on opposite side from my room. it was very hot in my room until my last day there when all my roommates checked out and I opened the windows all the way. not a quiet place if that's what you're looking for.
