H4 Berlin Alexanderplatz

H4 is in a good location, not far from the train station and very close to the tram line. The hotel is relatively modern with nice rooms and facilities. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the rooms worked well.

No complaints

First room had a strong smell of cigarettes. When calling reception, they apologized and immediately changed the room to a new one. Appart from this small incident, the experience was excellent. Nice, large and clean room, good breakfast, excellent location.

Breakfast was nice. Internet fast. Sauna was great. Shower great. And excellent Beer garden near by with great food and live music.

Room was small. No desk for to work.

The location was fantastic couldn't have been better placed - next to a Bierkellar and the Television tower and Alexandre Platz a short walk. The staff were very helpful the hotel was much better than I thought and a totally enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we arrived we apparently had complimentary bottles of water that had been opened and the tea/coffee machine items were not replaced and the cups were still dirty. When I contacted the front desk it was quickly cleared up when we got back to our room though.
