Pros: Unique hotel set in a mall. Surrounded by good eateries, including their own restaurant. Loved the wild art collection all over the hotel. Breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had in Beijing. Room was comfortable and the staff were excellent.

Pros: This is a beautifully decorated place. We were enjoying it a lot. The bed is huge and the sheets and blankets were very comfortable. The shampoo and other washing amenities smelled amazing. Every evening we had a free desert delivery to the room that we really loved. Breakfast was good but could be better options for vegetarians and also would be nice to have some nut milks. We were happy to see that this hotel doesn't use plastic straws compare to other Chinese places. We were in love with this unique place and definitely will stay there again.

Cons: The only thing I could have wished is a swimming pool and spa facilities but it’s not that necessary given lots of patrons here are on business trips.
Stayed at both Four Seasons and JW Marriott on this trip and I’d say Éclat is far better experience

Cons: Had an issue with water leakage from a floor above us but that was immediately remedied. More seating in the room would have been nice.

Pros: The hotel and the location
Cons: I got often upgraded previously when I stayed there. This time the staff was different. They were untrained. The concierge was reluctant to help and impolite. The service staff at the lounge was rude.

Cons: Swimming pool was closed, you need to take two different elevators to get to your room. Not for smokers at all. Location is not good for sight seeing and it's like ten minutes walk from the metro station. It offers a nice view but in the mist and smog of Beijing,that is quite useless.
