Hotels near Beijing Capital Airport

Pros: Airport location

Pros: The nearness to the airport and the frequent shuttle service in both directions.

Cons: The dining room was full for breakfast. There was no seating available to wait for a table. & most of the staff seemed unaware of how to handle the situation. The manager ,upon my request, made an adjustment in the price.

Pros: Excellent location right next to Beijing Capital Airport which makes reaching your flight early easy. Room was well soundproofed so no problems with sleeping. Personnel was friendly, helpful and very polite. I had seen mostly positive reviews about breakfast and it was well worth the 100 RMB. Seven or eight different tables with Chinese and Western-style breakfast foods. First time I had yoghurt and cheese in over a week. There were at least two sorts of freshly squeezed fruit juices as well and at least six variants in total. The only thing that was not good was sushi which was too hard, but I didn't eat a lot of it. Dinner was not quite as good as breakfast, but staff was friendly and helpful as usual and I even got some complementary snacks. Since it is a top class hotel staff was always ready to serve and friendly. I'm not really used to being attended to that much so it was a new experience.

Cons: There were slight communication problems at dinner, which were solved with another staff member being invited to converse with me in English. Food was overall tasty, but the main course portion was too small for my taste, which I guess is normal for fancier restaurants.

Pros: We stayed here before it changed its name/management. Another good experience after a long haul flight right next to the airport with free shuttle services. Rooms are spacious, well designed and really good ambiance.

Cons: It was still very hot when we arrived - waiting at the shuttle station can be a bit of an ordeal for those not used to the summer heat in Beijing.

Pros: The shuttle bus to the airport was very punctual and the drivers were super helpful with the bags, as well as the hotel staff. Also, the hotel is very close to the terminal 3 (a walking distance), which was where I was supposed to fly from.

Cons: I didn’t like that I had to pay for two nights even though I checked in at midnight and left at night on the same day. I know it’s the hotel policies but I was hoping an exception would be made to attend my circumstance, as I believe more guests would have the same request in the future. Also, I had made an online payment at the moment I made the reservation but I had to make a payment again at the reception. I was told I would get a refund for the online payment but it hasn’t come through yet

Pros: Very clean, well-designed, spacious room. Very good room service and excellent breakfast! Cosy bed. Excellent receptionists. Convenient airport bus shuttle service. Highly recommended!

Pros: This hotel is exceptionally clean. Beddings and linens are so comfortable. There are complimentary bottles of water. Lush towels and bathrobes with matching slippers. Furnitures are of good quality that I wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

Pros: Probably ranks as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Asia. Deluxe King rooms are of UK Dorchester standard. Staff just simply cannot do enough for you. I asked for a gin and tonic via room service. Waiter brought up a brand new bottle of Gordons and free-poured me a double. Huge bowl of ice and lemon slices. Food amazing. Simply a heavenly hotel.

Cons: We used the airport shuttle service and were treated in a very rude manner only because we couldn't speak Mandarin Chinese very well (we surely can communicate, but not when there is a thick accent and slang being used). The shuttle bus driver was shouting to me and my husband, in Mandarin Chinese with a thick accent which we could barely understand. Some swear words were used which I picked up in between sentences. It is the worst service I've ever received in my entire life.

Cons: The pick-up location for Shuttle bus (B-14 at the Bejing Airport) was a bit confusing for foreigners. There were no signs at all to indicate that the spot was the pick-up location for the Days Hotel.

Cons: Not much close to to hotel to do, no restaurant in the hotel, only room service. 4 liters of water was a bit expensive. Power outage for about ah hour and a half at 3pm

Pros: Airport shuttle. spacious room. I have stayed in several airport hotels before. The room size and facilities (except the leaking shower space) of this hotel were definitely on the higher end of the scale, yet the price was fair. I am a light sleeper, but at late night (11pm-5am) the noise of the airplanes was not as bad as some guests suggested.

Cons: When I checked in around 8pm on Jan. 19, 2020, the front desk female attendant was very absent-minded. She gave me a room key that didn't work. Worst of all, I requested an early-morning wake-up call, but she forgot to program it. I almost missed my airport shuttle because of her. The rain-shower-head leaked water even when I switched it to the regular showerhead. A lot of water poured onto my head, and then leaked out of the enclosure onto the bathroom floor. I was forced to take a very quick shower and then had to clean the mess. Very unpleasant experience! The shower space definitely needs repairs, and the front desk attendant needs to be fired.

Cons: Airport pick up service (location and time) was not indicated despite inquiries in advance. (※Airport information desk was kind enough to show the way to pick-up location and we waited more than half an hour uncertainly.) Even front desk staff did speak and understand very little English and it was hard to communicate.

Cons: I am a smoker and really wish that hotels would have a covered seating area where smoking people could sit and relax with receptacles for your cigarette and ash. I know that fewer people are smoking but for those that do we would appreciate an area.

Cons: I had booked the wrong date as I was arriving first thing 0100 hours, so I used the 0100 hours date, rather than the previous evening's date. My error, but although they had my booking, they wouldn't refund it, so I had to pay again... Daft policy as clearly a genuine mistake.

Pros: Quite good, maybe a little worn but clean. Breakfast good. Shuttle bus didn’t worked very well (long wait) , better use a Taxi ( 10 minutes drive). Difficult to rate ; just one night and Covid19 situation makes hard to objectively to judge.

First, it is not international, they only count the booking in Chinese web but not booking.com, they even don't have my booking information and want me to book again!!! Second, they change the my room type without telling me. Third, the washroom is very dirty and very small! I hate this hotel. How can you put it on the booking.com

Pros: It is the worst hotel I stay. It is durty and sticky smelling. The are is no bath or shower in the room.

Pros: Really close to the airport, just a 5 minutes ride from Beijing Capital Airport Terminal 3 without traffic. Free airport pick up and drop off. There is a restaurant where one can possibly order food and drinks.

Cons: For this price rooms could be much more comfortable and well-looking. The staff was quite indifferent and never responded to my messages sent via booking.com even though they were written in Chinese. As a result, they did not organize a pick up transfer for me in advance, they did not organize it for me even after a phone call from the airport upon arrival, they waited until I came to the parking lot and only after this arranged the car to pick me up making me wait 20 min outside and freeze. However, they let me do an early check in which I am really thankful for.

Pros: They have free shuttle service to and from the airport, that is conviently located very, very close toothed hotel. The food at the onsite restaurant is excellent and cheap.

Cons: Stayed there during the height of the Corona Virus and we were very limited as tomahawk we could do at the hotel and in the vicinity, but this is no fault of the hotel.
