Pros: Clean, fresh and newly decorated -tea/coffee and snacks included. Friendly staff.
Pros: It was spotlessly clean and vet nicely decorated.

Pros: Room was nice
Pros: The location is great and the 4am start for the breakfast is very convenient. Friendly staff, good service. Overall happy with my stay.
Pros: Not a lot, lacked in almost every area
Pros: Very close walk to the airport. Breakfast in the morning was good.
Cons: We did not know that you had to put keycard into the wall to power up the room. We were tired and laughed it off though.
Pros: Room , location
Pros: restaurant and location
Pros: Excellent location for airport
Pros: Great comfortable bed, quite, great insulation! Great nights sleep, walking distance to airport.
Cons: No water in the room
Pros: On site parking, and less then 10 minutes walk to the airport makes is a great choice for overnight stay. The bar is open all night, and the staff is friendly.
Cons: Didn’t realise we would need a taxi from here to airport. It would be fine if you have only hand luggage but still a long walk.
Pros: The food and the first bar people I met, they were amazing and had good knowledge of the menus as well as advice for getting to the airport in the morning.
Cons: The second bar person and one of my lights in the room Flickered.
Pros: Functional and well presented; lifted by committed and helpful staff
Cons: Soundproofing between rooms/ rooms and corridors not particularly good - this being an airport 'transit' hotel this results in being disturbed as neighbouring guests come and go in the early hours Walk to the airport longer than expected (with luggage) and unpleasant (a narrow pavement adjacent a busy dual carriageway on a dark and damp morning not a nice early start to the day!); no on demand cabs available - 30 mins wait time and £9 for the half mile trip

Pros: The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was great. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi bath and it was amazing. Breakfast was great with lots of options. I would definitely recommend.
Pros: Breakfast cooked to order and very well presented. Cafetieres of coffee - single cup - make your own for your preferred strength - plentiful supply. Bedroom a good size with en suite - walk in shower brilliant. Location of room made it a little noisy from traffic. Bed suited my partner but a little too soft for me. I was out for dinner but my partner dined in and, bearing in mind it was the run up to Christmas, was very impressed by the service and thoroughly enjoyed the food.
Cons: Other than the traffic noise we had no disparaging comments.
Pros: It was clean, friendly and comfortable
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and served with great charm
Cons: I would have liked some coat hooks in the bathroom.
Pros: Really lovely staff, great location and the food was fantastic!

- We had to reserve even for the 5 o clock tea hours in advance
Pros: Everything was just perfect!! Staff very-friendly..!!
Pros: Everything was great
Pros: Not much!
Cons: I thought the customer service was poor food was terrible no five star treatment in any way the best bit about the stay was the wrong area and also leaving

Cons: The bed was terrible, every time you eve moved an inch it made a terrible noise so unfortunately we did not sleep very well at all.
Pros: The breakfast was a 10/10
Cons: night staff on reception left us waiting for entry into the hotel, until he had finished a phone call.
Barman ignored us when we tried to order food and drinks and served a customer who had obviously been in the bar all night giving tips to the staff!
Night staff were very poor to say the least!

Pros: Nice place to stay. We stayed a night before a flight. Very reasonably priced, had a lovely dinner, staff friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good pub grub, convenient location.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. It was basic accommodation but very good for the price.
Pros: Present bar and hotel. Comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included, which I didn't realize when I booked it but who can argue with free food. Nice bar area and although I got there late because of traffic the staff were willing to wait and serve if I wanted a drink.
Cons: The SatNav took me to somewhere near the airport, not the hotels fault I know but be aware of that. Also It is near the airport so be prepared for air traffic noise if you want an early night or a lie in.

Pros: closeness to the airport and the receptionist was very nice
Cons: nothing, as our stay was just for the night

Cons: Excellent and very convenient
Cons: Shower stalls with partial shower glass
Pros: Clean, comfortable, functional and, most importantly, walking distance to the airport. Ideal for catching an early flight, and the staff were excellent.
Cons: The restaurant food could have been better, but like the rest of the hotel, it was perfectly functional.
Pros: > Location, very close to airport, £5 taxi each way but could have made the 15 minute walk to and from the terminal. > Clean room and bathroom! > Comfortable bed, sofa in room, TV, desk, hair dryer etc. All facilities in a room you could need for a short, or maybe even a few days longer stay. > Taxi service booked through reception night before for journey back to airport in morning. > Great value for money booked through booking.com.
Cons: > Electrical advice from a member of staff: forgot adaptor for plug, all EU to UK adaptors were taken from reception, boyfriend was told by a member of staff on the phone that EU plugs can "definitely, 100%" work in shaver plug. I think she mean't that it would fit in the plug, but that's not quite how electrical sockets work. Didn't take the advice as the voltage on shaver plug wasn't high enough for item I needed to plug in and wouldn't have worked correctly.
Pros: Good location
Pros: Good location for overnight stay when traveling from Luton airport
Cons: Staff during check out could be nicer
Pros: Everything perfect room Facilities size and the Clean

Outstanding' and 'A credit to the ibis brand' according to one happy reviewer, ibis Stevenage Centre is run with meticulous attention to detail so that your stay has all boxes ticked from check-in to check-out (which isn't until noon, which we think you'll appreciate). Wake up feeling refreshed after a snooze in your king-sized bed, hop into your huge en suite shower for an invigorating blast, then head down to the restaurant for a warm welcome and your perfect breakfast - however you define it!
Pros: Nothing central heating didn't work place looks shabby needs maintenance just not worth the money
Cons: As mentioned central heating didn't work place is shabby needs maintenance and it not worth the price
Pros: The staff were as helpful as they could be.
Cons: The walls had dents in them and there was peeling paint. There were marks on the walls. The heating was not functioning properly so I had to use a portable heater. Furniture was chipped. Cons: VERY dirty common areas, the lift was disgusting with roaches on the floor and the towels were dirty when I arrived with what I want to think we're makeup stains The double bed was two single beds together that kept separating and the heating system was centrally controlled, too hot in the evening and freezing at night and in the morning.

Cons: Noisy above our room in middle of night we were in a basement room (1).

Pros: Room itself was clean but the stairs etc were very dirty due the other guests not removing work boots and trailing dirt throughout the building
