Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lovely guest house, very clean, great location. We overslept and missed breakfast but was offered pastries and cereal. Friendly staff. Lovely cafe across the road called Stir. Would definitely stay again there again.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Guido was the perfect host. Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated, with lots of nice little touches. Breakfast was very good. We will definitely come back!!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was absolutely spotless and very well decorated. The little touches of dressing gown and slippers, emergency supplies and plenty of toiletries was fabulous. The hosts were very friendly and entertaining but not overpowering at all. Oscar, the dog, who was brought through to meet us (not normally in the guest area) was such a legend! Breakfast was plentiful and so well cooked- a large selection of all types of things to eat and drink. Great location- not too far from town at all and a lovely walk past the river and park to get there. Would stay again and will definitely recommend to others visiting Cambridge.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Breakfast extraordinary. Location quite good. The owner (Guido) very nice and always ready to help the guest.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very warm welcome. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.
Cons: Quite a walk to get to the city centre. Take sensible walking shoes!
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Owner was very thoughtful throughout the whole stay and took immediate action to answer every question and fix internet connection which wasn't working at the beginning. Despite guests not speaking English, they always did their best to communicate with them so they could make the best of their stay.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Friendly hosts, spotless and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The host, Guido, could not have been more accommodating or helpful. He was brilliant. Allowing us to arrive early, leave late and store my bike in the courtyard, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. The rooms were immaculately kept and decorated to a high standard. The kids thought the beds were HUGE too. Highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing. It was a quaint B&B in Cambridge done to perfection.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The property was clean, organised and showed much thought about what guests would need during a stay and it was both easy to get to and only a short distance to the city centre. The hosts were helpful and happy to help with any issues or give local advice without being overbearing. We will definitely stay again.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Guido and Maria were excellent hosts. Breakfast was excellent as was the service. The room and facilities were first rate and the property exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Worth House to any visitor to Cambridge. Of the many places we have stayed at over the last 4 weeks this is easily the best!!
Cons: There was nothing that Guido and Maria could do better!!!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Pleasing decor and standard of accomodation. Excellent customer care.
Cons: None

Pros: Very nice lady runs the place. Makes one feel at home.
Okay 5,8
Pros: The owner was helpful.
Cons: The bedroom had a few cobwebs. I don’t mind this but others might. The bath was out of use. I felt it would have been helpful to provide a bath plug. In general Cambridge B&Bs seem overpriced and rest on the fact that Cambridge is a wealthy city and therefore everyone visiting is comfortable with high prices.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Good breakfast, reasonably priced for Cambridge, nice hosts, near a leisure park, not too far out of city centre, parking available on site.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The people running the property could not be better.
Cons: The location is a bit far out of town. However there is a bus that runs regularly to town 100 meters down the road.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Location on a busy road. Approaching from the Halls Road, the postcode comes up about half a mile early on my car satnav which was odd but we just kept going until we spotted the Alington House sign. Wonderfully friendly welcome. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet behind modern double glazing. Bathroom (in the disabled room) immaculately fitted out.
Cons: Just a very minor point - we were in a downstairs room facing the road, and it didn't have net curtains so we couldn't stay in bed with our morning cuppa and have the curtains open!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Small, but convenient and very friendly.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We stay here every time we come to visit my son who lives in Cambridge. It’s a handy location, the hosts are attentive and the rooms are very clean. The water was hot and the shower powerful. A cooked breakfast is available and cooked to order and a wide selection of cereals, fruit and breads.
Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like about my stay.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The hosts were very friendly! Let me keep my car parked there even after we had checked out so that I could attend an interview. The breakfast really was excellent. Great value for money.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The hosts Elizabeth and Bob were very friendly and accomodating, nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful with great choices. Cannot fault anything about the Alington.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very friendly and nothing no trouble, would visit again if in the area. Really kind to let me park while i did some more visiting on my last day, even though i had handed in my keys.

Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very clean and directly opposite a great little park with great facilities (all free)
Cons: A little too far from the city centre and considering the Taxi firms in the area charge between £8 - £10 for a 2.5 mile journey be prepared to pay it or plan bus journeys and or be prepared to walk.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very comfortable bed, staff where very friendly and accomidating of requests. Room was very clean. I would highly reccomend.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The location is very convenient, just off the lively Mill Rd, and the owner was very pleasant.
Good 7,1
Pros: Very comfy bed, and quiet location on the outskirts of Cambridge. Room was clean. Well-named - very much a "park view". Very accommodating to the traveler with few needs - we wanted to check in quite early, and this was not a problem for our hostess. A good option for a bed in Cambridge if that's about all you need.
Cons: Room was a bit out-dated and the decor was tired. No information on advertised WiFi in the room. Room was quite cold in the morning (although this may have been due to the weather rather than the room!). Similarly, the bathroom was cold, but this is difficult to avoid with a tiled floor.
Okay 5,8
Pros: the staff was okay and it was seemingly okay
Cons: tiniest bathroom ever
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Run by a very friendly family, who were very helpful. Didn't make fuss after I set off alarm by cooking pizza, recommended I use their microwave instead. They brought back my mobile which I forgotten in the room. Room was clean and spacious. Fridgewas available, also plenty of tea an coffee. Great location close to park and city centre. Fast Wifi. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.
Cons: They provide grab and go breakfast, but I preffer a cooked breakfast. It was in advert so I was aware, no suprises. But that's just a minor detail, apart from that everything was absolutely great.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very warm greeting on arrival, car parked right outside. Room clean and modern and comfortable. A homely feel. Good facilities, comfortable bed, nice and warm with the heating on.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The location of the guesthouse is great - nice quiet neighborhood opposite a park. Also it suited us as we were visiting family who live nearby.
Cons: My wife and I have stayed here a few times previously and were quite happy with the facilities. However on this visit we were allocated a much smaller bedroom (Room 3) which was really only suitable for a single person. The room was generally OK - just too small for 2 people. Also the bed was positioned right against a radiator which was thankfully not on
Excellent 8,8
Pros: 20 minute walk into centre of Cambridge, nice places to eat along Mill Rd.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very friendly host, felt welcome and comfortable. Very spacious place. The location is a bit outside Bristol centre, but at a beautiful countryside, about 10mins walk to the bus stop. Good value, will visit again.

Pros: Clean and modern room, nice common space
Cons: The bed could be double and more comfortable. The number of corridors and locked doors is confusing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff were very positive and friendly.
Cons: Nothing. All round excellent.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Clean bathrooms, wonderful facilities, and lovely staff. Location is great.
Cons: Paper thin walls, lots of noisy guests. The doors were EXTREMELY challenging to open. You need to go to the gym to keep it open for 2 seconds for the next person, and therefore are super loud when closing.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Nice staff, warm environment and great great bed which make me sleep well.
Cons: Toilet is a little as small as the one on the plane. But it’s acceptable.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff Water available for free 24/7 check in Really loved the designated baggage room
Cons: It’s not accessible for handicapped There is a lot of stairs
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great common areas, polite and professional staff, and convenient location.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7,9
Pros: There were a lot of facilities you can make use of: 24/7 pizza, game room, television, good tips for activities.
Cons: Plain room with only a bed, closet and washing table, but it’s okay as the price is not high.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Was as expected
Cons: Was as expected
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Considering it is a hostel it is very comfortable, one of the best ones I have been to. The breakfast (offered for an additional price) is comprehensive and included enough vegetarian options.
Cons: The only downside was the showers that sometimes were tiny and did not have anywhere I could hang my towel in which it would not get wet. I found that the shower a floor below from the one I was staying was actually much better and used it on the other days I was there. Otherwise no complaints. Staff is friendly and welcoming and I'd stay there again.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Lovely staff and rooms
Cons: No sink in shower room difficult to brush teeth without disturbing others sleeping (if use sink in bedroom).

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location was only 6 min walk from the train station, easy to find. Check-in was easy. All good.
Cons: Single room was pretty small, it was fine for me, but if you're a larger person you may struggle with the ensuite and the length of the bed.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Warm welcome
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very warm and cozy with beautiful bedding articles.
Cons: Located in a nice neighborhood, just a bit far away from the railway station
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Easy to walk around the town, value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful with details and information about the town.
Okay 5,4
Cons: Probably the most cramped rooom I ever slept in. The breakfeast was a minimal effort and very low cost exercise
Good 6,3
Pros: The property was about a 25 minute walk from the city centre. It was a short 10 minute walk from the train station. There is parking available on site.
Cons: The room is very small and the bathroom is literally in the closet. It was a very tight fit in the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable and we ended up with sore backs.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Very convenient for the railway station.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: TV lost connection often.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: good location, friendly staff, clean, great comfortable beds, parking

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was very efficiently designed for comfort and convenience. There were plenty of power/usb points, the bedding comfortable, the shower great, everything very clean, and it was quiet at night.
Good 6,7
Pros: Evening food was excellent
Cons: Location was well out of town
Good 7,0
Pros: Decent location.
Cons: They don't have AC...They call it'air cooling'. They brought a fan and opened the window. Not good when the temperature was 90F outside.
Good 6,7
Pros: Neat and clean. Dining area is good and outside food allowed as well.
Cons: Bed is smaller than expected. Sofa com bed was broken .. it could bit be opened. Shower room was slippery.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very friendly helpful staff, seemed genuinely happy to help with any issues I had. Quite location easy to access. Over all pleased and would definitely use the hotel again if needed on the future.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent room and breakfast.
Cons: A little bit far from city center.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: It was just what we needed for our stay. Great for parking.
Cons: It was a bit further out of town than we expected.
Good 7,0
Pros: Staff were great. Didn't have much breakfast but those I tried (croissants, brioche and cupcake) were not that fresh. Room was comfortable with USB chargers so no need to worry.
Cons: Too far away. If you use it for work in the city it can be hectic due to morning traffic. Also too expensive (130) for being in that location. Needs a bit of a refurbishment, as there were cracks at the bathroom tiles and stains on the bed.
Good 7,9
Pros: Liked the choice of pillows. The room was fine. A bit of a wait to check in as no-one was on reception. Breakfast was great and gluten free options were provided
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Very good for a short stay, possibly a little far out for longer visits to Cambridge. Beds very comfortable, staff nice, breakfast fine. A bonus though, is that because it's outside the city on a business/retail park, it was lovely quiet at night, always a plus for me, as I like my zzzzzzzs!
Cons: Nothing really
Good 7,5
Pros: Location; we were visiting friends one mile away. Easy parking. Clean and modern
Cons: The mattress is hard! And the pillows harder (although softer are offered). Breakfast; cold bacon, colder over cooked scrambled egg... inedible. The restaurant is open to the reception area, other guests left main doors open allowing very cold air into the whole of the ground floor.
Good 7,1
Pros: Lovely friendly staff. Nice gym next door.
Cons: The bin lorry outside our room at 6.30am

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very good location with free parking staff very friendly very large comfy bed all round highly recommend
Good 7,1
Pros: The location was very good although a bit out of town if walking (20-25 min). I left my car in the pub car park and used public transport. It’s very close to the Cambridge Junction music venue, and the IMAX cinema. There are local convenience stores, coffee/patisserie, and restaurants. The Cambridge open topped sightseeing bus goes from the railway station less than 5 minutes away. There was a warm welcome from the landlord but the bar itself didn’t feel all that welcoming. Breakfast was good, and the bar food was generously portioned. The Guinness was great!
Cons: I had room 2 which overlooked the main road. This didn’t worry me too much as the room had good double glazing. It was noisy in the early morning as I had the windows open. There are other rooms in the annexe which would probably be quieter. The room itself was brighter and airy with a comfortable king size bed, TV, en-suite with a shower. The furniture and finish was a little bit tired.
Good 6,0
Pros: Comfortable and clean beds. Friendly staff
Cons: Room was directly above the pub. I specifically requested a quiet room and although I was told the pub would be empty by 1030/1045, the music was still blaring at gone midnight. The toad outside was incredibly noisy and busy, that along with customers outside smoking till late and then an early morning beer delivery meant little sleep.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location was spot on the food was nice room was good
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Good room, even though the Accomodation is attached to the pub, there is no noise from the Bar. Bar is fine with good selection of Ales, and food was good. Also an excellent Breakfast. For Cambridge, this was really good value - far nicer than a Travel lodge.
Good 7,9
Pros: The breakfast was good, apart from the Continental breakfast that had only three pieces of bread. Location is a bid away from the city centre but was very good for us.
Cons: It was very noisy in the early morning due to the delivery of the goods for the pub.
Okay 4,6
Pros: Room itself was clean and beds were nice and crisp and clean. I wasn't keen on bright orange walls. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom was grim, needs a refurb in there.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was brilliant, rooms were warm and comfy.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were efficient and polite. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7,9
Pros: 2 minutes walk from the train station. Very friendly staff and despite my card being cancelled no problem to pay with cash. Comfortable and clean. Could watch my team play in Rugby World cup at breakfast.
Cons: A bit overpriced for a mid range pub, but the staff made up for it.

Pros: The food is lovely.
Cons: There were a few things...... paid for the best room expecting luxury as stated on their website yet was very disappointed when arrived. No Spa bath, as advertised, no private terrace, as advertised, mark's on the bed sheets, rubbish still under the furniture. When mentioned these and a few other bits to reception the excuse was sorry but due to a wedding we are fully booked and cant do anything, I was then blanked as the staff member then diverted their attention elsewhere. Wouldn't stay here again as there are nicer places around Cambridge that are cheaper. Very disappointed based on the high price I paid. So sad.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Dining experience was good with excellent genuinely helpful staff on hand. Even the new starter on the Reception desk provided a brilliant friendly welcome......thankyou.
Cons: A room not quite so close to the main road would have just been the icing on the cake
Good 7,9
Pros: Historic building Good sized pool, not overly busy Huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath Comfortable beds
Cons: Piped music from dining room/informal bar was left on all night, as the speaker was positioned near the ceiling, and our room was directly above, we could hear it all night on night 1. 2nd night their was a private function (wedding) so all was quiet once the DJ had finished
Good 7,0
Pros: the swimming pool was very nice and relaxing, the rooms and nice and clean,
Cons: the service in the bar is really bad, staff not up to scratch, food not good plus the poor service i do not recommend it . very poor for a 4 star hotel, staff having trouble taking an order, plus getting it to the right people, the bar was not busy about 4 couples but no bar staff to be seen.
Good 6,3
Pros: Clean and friendly. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Hotel was a little worn and old fashioned but clean with friendly staff. Was looking forward to the Spa but because we had booked last minute we couldn't get an appointment. Overall felt disappointed!
Okay 4,2
Pros: Terrible location so far not even really in Cambridge
Cons: Everything
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything! Comfort, food especially excellent. Guess they have a brilliant chef and extremely professional staff.
Cons: More work in some of the garden areas would be good
Good 7,5
Pros: Lovely setting, friendly staff, all amenities are on site and the hotel offers a small and warm and personal feel.
Cons: The bathroom could do with an update. Loads of room in the bathroom for a stand alone shower which would have more power. We could have done with additional towels - only one in the bathroom and one in the wardrobe which was pointed out to us when we requested more to be delivered to our room whilst we were out. The hairdryer when I found it after the receptionist had to go away and research where it was housed only worked for 2 minutes and then over heated and cut out. We received an early morning call that we hadn't requested. There were no directions to our room- No 2
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The staff were friendly. The swimming facilities were good.
Cons: The bed wasn’t very comfortable. They changed the towels every day which isn’t eco friendly. The chef couldn’t cook eggs well at all and we had to send our breakfast back, the bread wasn’t sourdough on the avocado and poached egg and the egg was sooooo vinegary.
Okay 4,5
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Queen bed is 2 singles pushed together. Used toiletries left in the bathroom (come on, really ?) Room service rung out for 15 mins no answer. Breakfast was very dissapointing when you boast so many stars. Definitely not worth £155 /night!!

Cons: Very old fashioned decor, doesn't look like any money has been spent on the hotel in decades. Clean but tired.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Great staff. Great location. Very clean and welcoming
Cons: Breakfast a little outdated. Croissants, pastries and assorted yoghurts would have been appreciated.

Pros: Great value for money. Bed and bathroom clean. Breakfast cooked very well to order, great value for £5. Five minute walk from buses and rail station, so easy access to the air show and tour bus. Free parking. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Dusty surfaces. No glasses in the bathroom. Lack of attention to detail.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Staff are kind and pleasant. The place is clean
Cons: The bathroom needed some modernising.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This visit was necessary for a hospital appointment. We had to travel a bit so we needed a bolt hole for the even. This was a very reasonable price, not a luxurious place but very inviting and well looked after. Lovely fresh and clean although basic, (that doesn’t matter at all to us). A very good breakfast and the tables were set beautifully. We’d like to go back there.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Provides car parking which is at a premium in Cambridge. Convenient location close to station and frequent buses to the city centre. Decent breakfast.
Cons: Some of fittings in room seemed a little tired. Shower and toilet cubicle very cramped.
Good 7,9
Pros: The location is near the train station and walkable with luggage. The place is basic and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is near the Botanical Gardens. There are a number of small supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is £5.00 extra and you can have continental and/or cooked. Buses into town are frequent.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location was good. Staff at breakfast were good.
Cons: Decor is very dated, but basic for the price. Didn't really like leaving my room key behind an unattended desk, but it was huge, so didn't want to carry it either. Website says there is parking, but really there are only 4 or 5 spaces, so had to park on a nearby street. Luckily it was the weekend, otherwise this wouldn't be possible because of residential parking only - website misleading.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: It's close to Cambridge Leisure. They allowed a later check out, when arranged in advance.
Cons: This is an honest review. If you simply need a roof over your head and aren't bothered about anything else, Bridge Guest House is fine. It was a big disappointment for us. The 'Free Parking' is minimal and is subject to availability. We were told to park on the pavement and block in two cars (which belonged to other guests) or to find something else if we weren't comfortable with doing that. We were not comfortable blocking in two cars, so we had to pay a premium for parking elsewhere. The host was lovely via email and very curt in person. It seemed like she doesn't like people. I was very polite and patient as I always am. She was irritated that I was concerned about blocking in other guests' cars. Soundproofing is virtually non-existent in this building. Noise from outside the building and inside disturbed us many times in the night and early morning. You can even hear toilets flushing in other rooms. The doors close loudly and the stairs are very noisy. The decor is very outdated which isn't a big issue but the dust, dirt and previous guest's hair in the shower were not pleasant. You are not allowed to take your room key out with you and have to leave them where anybody in the building can grab it, which some people may be uncomfortable with.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Perfect location for train station. Cinema / restaurant complex nearby with the usual chain restaurants. Sainsburys / CoOp / Tesco nearby and Bus Stop across the road. Friendly staff, clean room and low cost decent breakfast available.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: All staff were very friendly. When we asked if we could sit in the lounge and have some wine we had brought, not only did they readily say yes , but also to use the glasses which were set out on the breakfast tables.
Cons: Shower was a bit weak on flow and hot breakfast could be served on hotter plates.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast excellent. Great central location.
Okay 5,2
Pros: Breakfast was good ,service was good and staff pleasant.
Cons: Room was quite small but clean bathroom floor creaked quite loudly when walked on and toilet seat was loose.

Pros: Breakfast and service was great. The room was comfortable.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was too low

Pros: Cleanliness, staff friendliness, breakfast
Cons: It was cold
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Lovely breakfast. Varied in selection with individually prepared.
Cons: Air conditioning lacking in rooms - uncharacteristically hot for UK
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Restaurant, staff and cleanliness were top notch.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The manager-owner woman was very nice and friendly, and tried to increase the water pressure for me by cleaning the shower head. It was a nice, quiet location. It has its own restaurant (operating at night), and several shops and other food outlets (e.g. a pub) are close by. It's walking distance until Cambridge Leisure park (or even Cambridge station), or you might use the bus. overall an excellent experience.
Good 6,7
Pros: Bed is big. Location is good and the bus stop is close.
Cons: No lift. Smell of renewed painting in the room. The exhaust fan has no switch which means I have to let it on when I take a shower and it makes me cold. The pressure of shower is low. Whats more, the staff wanted to charge me twice for the booking fee and I have to tell them I have just paid last night? What a mess.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: a good variety on offer - the cooked breakfast was a little small but surprisingly filling.
Cons: Could hear the hand dryer in the restaurant toilets next to our room. Went to order food from the restaurant and the phone was answered by the chef who was very short tempered and just kept saying no lasagne no pizza - then sent a dish that wasn't even ordered.
Good 7,5
Pros: Clean room and bathroom, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast selection.
Cons: The shower over the bath was not great. Only shoulder width between the walls so a bit tight. Would be OK if you were under five foot as it widened out there. Walls could be sound proofed better.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: I had one of the best stays in this Sorrento hotel. Loved the room, the large and very comfortable bed, refurbished everything was wonderful. Lots to see around. The hotel has a very cozy restaurant. The breakfast was very good and the staff fantastic. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The breakfast was very good, fresh mushrooms instead of tinned would make it a great breakfast. Poached eggs were perfect. Need more toasters. Location was very good, nice sized car park. As the rooms do not have air conditioning, a fan in the room would be an asset
Cons: The hotel restaurant need more staff, unfortunately the night we booked a table, There was a long wait for our starter and one of them was wrong when it arrived, the staff did take this of off our bill. We then waited over an hour for our main course. We were given an apology and a complimentary drink. The staff were very professional and polite.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Good location (close to the train station), friendly stuff, fine conditions, well-equipped kitchen. Actually, the hotel offers way more than it says on the page - we were given toiletries, towels and food in the kitchen (free breakfats) even thouth it didn't say so on the booking page! I think they should mention this on the page, so that they can attract even more customers.
Cons: Can get a bit noisy in the evenings due to the bar downstairs - not a major problem, though. Also, the wifi in our room (no. 2) was weak and broke often - however the same wifi in the kitchen was all good.
Okay 5,4
Pros: No breakfast
Cons: Its cheap but really nothing much going for it apart from that. Anyone used to even a decent level o fconveniance and comfort will prob be better off elsewhere.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Locations, Cleanliness
Cons: Good location and good place to stay. Good host and staff. I will prefer this place for my next stay in Cambridge. Kitchen cleanliness and lights in room can improve further.
Excellent 9,2
Cons: The other guests can various.
Good 7,5
Pros: Good sized shared kitchen. Comfortable chairs in lounge. Handy to station. Nearby supermarkets.
Cons: Flimsy curtains letting in early light waking us up. Noise from downstairs club, but this quiets down by 9-9:30 or so.
Good 7,9
Pros: There is a decent sized communal kitchen and the hosts kindly provide cereal, bread, tea, coffee, milk and juice. This was a lovely surprise that we wasn’t expecting.
Cons: Some of the decor is very tired. Piece of wool hanging from the fan to use as a switch to turn on the light. It’s easy to replace.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: We arrived late but felt welcomed and lady who attended us was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and clean towels were provided. There is kitchen where we had tea and coffee and a toast for breakfast, which my husband appreciated. Parking in front was useful. If I go to Cambridge ,I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: There is a bar downstairs which was noisy till midnight but did not affect me in any way. We stayed Friday/Saturday so it may be quieter weekdays.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were lovely from start to finish. Extremely friendly atmosphere and the locals were all very welcoming. Fantastic location about 30 minute walk from the Quayside. Great rooms and facilities Would 100% stay here again when in Cambridge and would 100% recommend. It pleased all 16 hens in our group so must have been good
Cons: N/A
Okay 5,0
Pros: The location
Cons: Breakfast was included, but there was only a common kitchen with cereals, milk, bread and butter. So you could take yourself one of those. This was more a students house than B&B
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location good and staff very friendly
Cons: Did not realise need to share a bathroom but otherwise no complaints

Cons: I dealt with a guy who was rather unfriendly border to abrupt, was given an attic room with a roof window which you couldn't see through and wasn't closing properly so room was quite cold - radiator didn't work and shower was a joke, couldn't even have a decent shower ... The toilet/shower room was a cupboard and I found that £60 was a too expensive price to pay for that type of accommodation. Definitely won't go there again.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Friendly welcome, clean room, comfy bed. On bus route straight to city centre.
Good 7,5
Pros: Convenient location . Cosy rooms
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Friendliness and helpfulness of proprietors Clean
Cons: Showers. I like a movable head
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very welcoming. The breakfasts (full English) were superb. The room was immaculately clean. TV had all freeview TV and radio channels. Bed luxurious. Shower good pressure and really hot. Light reading material available for loan. WiFi excellent and fast. Literature, maps etc available in hallway. Off-road parking is available but limited; on-road unrestricted parking to rear of property. Convenience shop nearby. No lift to upper floors but two rooms available on the ground floor.
Cons: Nothing!
Okay 5,0
Cons: The floor was very dirty. Shower would get very hot and we couldn't change the temperature. On our first morning we missed breakfast because we were missinformed by the staff. At 9:20 we sat at a table and were told numerous times that it ends at 9 and we cannot have breakfast. The next morning somebody called to remind us that breakfast is until 9, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The house as a whole is a little dated decor wise but it is clean and the hosts extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was advertised as being 8-9.30 but actually finished at 9am. Other than having to ask for the toast to be done a little more the breakfast was superb and plentiful. The room was comfortable and a good size. Towels were changed everyday. A very small car park but some parking available on the lane at the back of the property. The location was excellent. Several nice pub/restaurants very close by. A Co-op and a Spa shop across the road. A 15-20 min walk to the colleges and shops and a further 10 min walk to the city centre and the Grafton Centre shops. Would def recommend.
Cons: The shower took quite a while to get warm. 9am is a little early for breakfast to finish at the weekend.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: I liked the fact that the owner grew his own, very wonderful and special 'heirloom tomatoes'!
Cons: The annexe at the rear of the property, where I stayed, had everything I needed inside, but could surely be made more attractive and appealing from the outside!
Good 7,5
Pros: fresh tasty service very good location good to Cambridge food and attractions
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The easy walk into Cambridge The host was very accommodating as we checked in at1130 pm nd he stayed to let us in. Friendly and gentle.
Cons: Excellent
