Terrible. I made a reservation through kayak. Upon my arrival I learned Avis was not honoring the reservation. I needed to get to Louisville and struggled to find an alternative route. Result ended up using uber to get home. Absolutely disappointed and learned I can not rely on kayak.Reviewed Sept 18 2025
