Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I was pleased with staff, location, and room. Restaurant on top was beautiful with excellent service. We went up to rooftop for cocktails, and there was an amazing view.

Cons: The breakfast room on the top 8th floor, has a beautiful view and the buffet breakfast itself was of a good quality and rich variety. The problem is that the space is too small to meet the demand of a hotel of full occupancy and one had to queue first to secure a table and second to help himself/herself from the buffet. This does not do justice to an otherwise excellent hotel. Moreover the heating in the rooms did not function very satisfactorily.

Pros: I was on a tour. The first night was on me. very good room and this extended to second night. Off i went on the tour and returned for last night. This room was very small and nothing like the first night. There was painting and construction on floor and we had to pass through this to get to the room. The hotel did call to let me know about the length of work and offered a new room. I was too tired to move. They did send up a lovely tray of fruit and bottle water. I think the size of the room was picked by the tour not the hotel. The staff was great.

Cons: The business center. Not personal at all. I walked in asking about the getting a boarding pass. The lady pointed to the computer. I explained that I was not knowledgeable about computers. I was told to key in my airline and follow instructions. No help. She was not busy. I guest I look like a tourist and not a business person.

Pros: Due to extensive flight delays we missed the first night of our reservation at St. George and did not arrive in Athens until 6AM. However, we forgot all about our troubles almost immediately after checking into this superb hotel.
1. Without even telling us they upgraded our room to the front side of the hotel which had absolutely incredible views of the Acropolis from our balcony. While it wasn't a large room (they never are in Europe!), it was clean, the bed was great, and the bathroom was perfectly OK.
2. Despite our exhaustion, we dragged ourselves out of bed just in time to catch breakfast. Went up to the 6th floor and was blown away by the 360 views of Athens. We asked if we could just grab a plate of food from the buffet (delicious selection) and take it back down to our room. Not only did they say yes, but they had someone carry our food down to the room ON A SILVER PLATTER. No jokes. Also, without even asking for it they sent with a hot carafe of coffee with STEAMED MILK.
3. On the last leg of our trip, coming back from an island, we had 12 hours to kill in Athens before heading to the airport. Despite no longer being guests for over 7 days they graciously stored our bags and let us hang out at the roof pool until we had to leave. WHAT.
4. Oh, and the pool is like a dream. Gorgeous pool with gorgeous Athens view with lounge chairs and great music. Happy hour is from 7-9 offering 6 euro cocktails.
The neighborhood this hotel is in is really great and completely safe as it is where all the embassies are located. Since it's on a hill be prepared to climb! It is worth it as there are very charming buildings, great cafes, shops, and restaurants. You can be in Kolonaki (walking) in 15-20 minutes. There is a metro stop 7 blocks away that goes directly to the airport.
WHY WOULD YOU STAY ANYWHERE ELSE? I know I won't be....

Pros: Due to extensive flight delays we missed the first night of our reservation at St. George and did not arrive in Athens until 6AM. However, we forgot all about our troubles almost immediately after checking into this superb hotel.
1. Without even telling us they upgraded our room to the front side of the hotel which had absolutely incredible views of the Acropolis from our balcony. While it wasn't a large room (they never are in Europe!), it was clean, the bed was great, and the bathroom was perfectly OK.
2. Despite our exhaustion, we dragged ourselves out of bed just in time to catch breakfast. Went up to the 6th floor and was blown away by the 360 views of Athens. We asked if we could just grab a plate of food from the buffet (delicious selection) and take it back down to our room. Not only did they say yes, but they had someone carry our food down to the room ON A SILVER PLATTER. No jokes. Also, without even asking for it they sent with a hot carafe of coffee with STEAMED MILK.
3. On the last leg of our trip, coming back from an island, we had 12 hours to kill in Athens before heading to the airport. Despite no longer being guests for over 7 days they graciously stored our bags and let us hang out at the roof pool until we had to leave. WHAT.
4. Oh, and the pool is like a dream. Gorgeous pool with gorgeous Athens view with lounge chairs and great music. Happy hour is from 7-9 offering 6 euro cocktails.
The neighborhood this hotel is in is really great and completely safe as it is where all the embassies are located. Since it's on a hill be prepared to climb! It is worth it as there are very charming buildings, great cafes, shops, and restaurants. You can be in Kolonaki (walking) in 15-20 minutes. There is a metro stop 7 blocks away that goes directly to the airport.
WHY WOULD YOU STAY ANYWHERE ELSE? I know I won't be....

Cons: The spa wasn't open for all of my four day stay except for one day. The one day they were open they only had massage capabilities available (ie no facials or nail treatments etc) so I went ahead and booked a massage with the only therapist available. I found the male massage therapist to be a bit unprofessional and the massage was oddly touchy. For example it seemed like he was trying to rub his body on the sides of mine while giving my massage.
The breakfast buffet is 22 euros and a lot of the food was cold including meat and eggs which is dangerous! All food at this hotel is pretty over priced.
No hot tub as advertised?

Breakfast was expensive and poor quality. Although at the end since I complained they did not charge for for one and I did not use for the rest of the days. If I conclude if they were advertising it for a 3 star hotel I would have put my best comments and I would have set my exoectations but for a 5 star, not at all met my expectation.

Cons: The one negative for us was that on New Year’s Eve the bar was closed to hotel residents unless you opted to attend the €190 black tie ball or pay €70 each (you got 2 free drinks) just to get into the bar after midnight only. Nowhere was this mentioned when we booked the hotel and seemed very unfair that the facilities we were paying for in our room rate were being denied to us on this night as there was no other bar in the hotel for us to go to

We also had to check-out early. Although we were not able to go to the breakfast buffet (since it was too early) the hotel still provided a small spread for people in our situation, which was really nice (beats starting your day on an empty stomach).
Also, we arrived before the normal check-in time and they were able to get us a room. Given we had been in a plane for 9 hours and jet lagged out of our skulls, this was very very nice.

Cons: The hotel promises internet and wifi but once you get there, they tell you that if you want internet in your room you have to pay for it and it is expensive!!! The room smelled of cigarette and the bathroom smelled of stale mold. The staff was impolite, at best, except for Adonis at the front desk, he was extremely courteous and helpful.VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!

I thought the room should be ventilated by opening a window. but after that the heating did not work due to the contact switches on the window, which required further intervention by slamming the window but after the ventilation it still smelled of sewage. i hope it was only in my room. there was also a lot of dust beneath the beds and it was dirty.

Cons: it's along time we are using TItania in our visits Athens , it took a long time to construckt the building floor by floor ,those could be execuses for what we had then. but now after the renovation no thing has been improved in the basic rooms . we were lucky, we had rooms in the new part ( #643-644-647) very uncomfortable rooms.there was not enough places to put the clothes in the wardrobe, even in the small cupboard there were not drawers so we had to put every thing up. the rooms are not designed for comfortable staying . In addition we had to be (in my room# 643) plumbers ,the water in the basin did not go .The variety of washing products very poor and basic non even a moiturising cream in such a winter .the annoying part of this story is the fact that we stayed 5 nights and no body checked if rooms are o.k.in the 31.th of december we returned 15:00 pm to the hotel and the room was not CLEANED ! so where is the supervisor if you ever have one? the brekfast is good but there is not enough space to sit at the critical hours , even local guests from Grecce complained. it seems no thing interests the management .... meanwile the hotel is fully booked so you can allow yourselves to ignore the complains but it will not take so long .

Cons: Nothing. Basically the holel has low quality of mattress and pillows. They do not provide complimentary beverages of any kind. The location is on a busy street and is surrounded by narrow streets and apartments. The hallways are dark and lights are too dim to see the door number or the side of key to put into the electronic lock. I am not sure it is a 4-star hotel.

Cons: The beds are rock hard, and the staff can be a bit grouchy. While the staff who work mornings at breakfast seem quite helpful and attentive, the bar staff seemed annoyed that we were there. Key cards failed a couple times during a week-long stay, so I had to bring mine to the front desk twice to have it reprogrammed. Others seemed to have this issue too.

Cons: Upon arrival , they gave me an upgrade due to my complains towards their 3 o'clock check in policy. Although the room is spacious but they have a hair dryer of 3 star hotel stander. And the air conditioning is not work properly at all. And especially the bed sheet is just a piece of cover with blanket. Absolutely unacceptable. And we even put the “ don’t disturb sign “on the door , by the time we gone for breakfast they came to clean it. How is that possible ! Most astonishing part is the breakfast , unwelcoming atmosphere , the very poor choice of food very bad quality of any kinds of jam. If you are staying slightly over time there , they will start to clean the floor with hover and a great noise to make you leave! Yes , I left , and will never , never return!

Unfortunately I can not say the same for some staff members that did not have a professional and polite attitude. I leave that for the manager of the hotel to check it. - the room was a bit cold but we mentioned that to the reception and they gave us an additional heater

Cons: Even though the hotel was not fully booked, they denied my late check-out request (I requested checkout at 14:00 instead of 12:00 - so just two hours later). I was informed that if I want to check out later, I would have to pay a day-use rate. The reason I asked for a late check-out was that I was having a meeting at the hotel's bar at 12:00, during which me and my guests would be consuming F&B and leave some extra cash at the bar. I needed the room for a quick shower after the meeting and for changing clothes, as I had a flight to catch the same evening and travelling in a suit is not the most comfortable thing. However, after they refused, I just took my guests and had the meeting elsewhere. And here you have my one-star rating, as this is anything but good customer service and it will definitely not turn a guest who stayed with you for the first time into a returning one.

Cons: Our only complaints were the small refrigerator in the room barely got cold and when we pulled the cabinet away from the wall to check if it was plugged in, it hadn’t been cleaned back there in years. Absolutely filthy (cigarette butts, debris, dirt).
However, if the refrigerator was working properly we would have never known. The rest of the room was very clean. (Carpet was a little rough, but not terrible)

Pros: I liked the location, staff , safety. It wasn't my first time in Athens, tried many hotels. But this one was different . It is a boutique clean hotel. For 2 persons we took the family room it was a good choice for the space. We took once our breakfast on the rooftop it was good. when we checked out and we wanted to pay our stay , the guy their deducted the breakfast amount for us as we are paying cash. please just add a kettle in the room and a chair on the balcony Thank youuu.

Pros: Excellent location - close to everything. Staff friendly. Bed very comfortable. View to the Acropolis and Cathedral. Efficient transfer service to the airport. Many restaurants and bars around, but all of them stop working around 22:30, so, no noise problems.
Cons: The room is for non-smokers, but the balcony has ashtrays and the towels had bad smell of smoke. The heater made noises of dropping during the night - the receptionist told she openen/turned on it during g the night and this could be the cause. The ceiling of the bathroom was with points of mould. The bath area was with a unpleasant plastic curtain that attach us during the shower. The hotel cancelled breakfast service without notice (no problem, once there are excellent options around). Not a real problem for me but can be for someone else: the elevator and the bath are very tiny. The cathedral bell is very close.

Pros: Perfect Location. Just a walk to Monastiraki and Ermou and a few minutes walk to Parthenon and Syntagma Square. Very clean and refurbished. It was better than expected for a 2 star hotel. Very good value for money. Its a perfect place for travelers and also for a group of people.
Cons: The double room was a bit small but the other two twin bed rooms were more spacious.
