Pros: The hotel was centrally located near everything we wanted to see. Its decor is simple, modern, and tasteful, and its staff was extremely helpful, particularly during check-in and check-out. The views of the Olympic Zeus Temple from our room and of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant were a pleasant bonus and very memorable. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Finally, this may be a small thing, but I can still remember the scent of the olive oil-based soap in our bathroom. Wonderful!!

Cons: The beds are rock hard, and the staff can be a bit grouchy. While the staff who work mornings at breakfast seem quite helpful and attentive, the bar staff seemed annoyed that we were there. Key cards failed a couple times during a week-long stay, so I had to bring mine to the front desk twice to have it reprogrammed. Others seemed to have this issue too.

Pros: I thought the lobby was nice however the location of the hotel is horrible. The rooms are not at all as described and you can hear everything that goes on so be prepared not to sleep. Not only are the rooms horrible and dirty the hotel apparently feels the need during certain times of the year to turn the A/C off in order to save money at no regards to there guests. The temperature in our room reached over 100 degrees. Also the roof top restaurant doesn't exist. They expect you too just deal with it all the while giving them your money. Good luck getting a refund I've never heard so many lies in my life from anyone business. In short this hotel is a big scam and it shouldn't be rated as a four star it should be a 1 star at best. Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with George the useless manager who likes to lie and his crappy hotel and stay somewhere else.

Cons: the minibar was locked. there was a staff room near my room and they were noisy. I wake up because of their noise at 7.00 am. It was impossible to close the room door without shutting it loudly so it was very annoying.

Cons: The room service closes at 22.00, in Athens. The bathroom was very small, and its distribution was terrible. Pillows were too thick.

Pros: The room was big and comfortable and has a nice big balcony. Good toiletry provided.
Cons: The hotel public restrooms were dirty and needed drastic renovations a clash with the rest of the hotel. The roof top bar was closed.
