Cons:Price increased over double the amount quoted once there to pick up the car. Of course, they also claimed they didn’t have the car as described available as well. We left and went to Avis! Love Avis in Cabo.Reviewed Dec 23 2020

Cons:I specifically reserved a car return location in Downtown La Paz. And I confirmed with the person behind the counter that I can return the car in downtown. La Paz Alamo downtown location doesn’t exist anymore. I was not told that in Los Cabos so they don’t loose the rental deal. I was asked to go to the airport and return the car there. Airport location was “open” but nobody was there. A person from Avis called the employee from Alamo, and I was told the employee will be there in 15 min. An hour later, still nobody from Alamo in sight, I gave the keys of the car to Avis employee and left. I rent cars all the time, will never rent with Alamo again!Reviewed Apr 15 2020
