Good flight. Sub par food quality and zero entertainment for international flight
Airport staff are good but no signage to help incoming passengers unless you know the airport in Doha.

Cons: "The check-in process, leaving Bangkok and leaving Doha, was horrible. Why do I have to wait until 3 hours before my flight departs to check-in and get my boarding pass? This made for long lines and took about 2.5 hours to get a boarding pass in Bangkok"

Cons: "When I checked my two bags, I was told to pick them up in Doha and recheck them to my final destination at Rwanda. When I arrived in Doha I was told by the transfer desk that I did not need to pick up my bags because they had been checked to my final destination. I even asked them to pull up my flight information and to confirm that, which they did. However, when I arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, my bags were no where to be found. No one has found them yet. I also called Qatar Air before my flight and asked about hotel accommodations for my layover because my layover was from 6:00 pm to 7 am. When I called, I was told that I would be given a complimentary hotel room because of the length of the layover. However, when I arrived I was told that I did not qualify for the hotel accommodation. Then, I was told that a hotel room would cost 250. When i arrived at the hotel, I was told the cheapest was 325."

It wasn’t delta. It was klm. And my flight out wasn’t delta, it was Virgin Atlantic. I booked on delta. The entire experience was disappointing and I received no benefit for my loyalty to delta.
DELTA AIR and JUSTFLY.com "are not worthy!!" AIR FRANCE, a Delta Air partner, and JUSTFLY.com just play games on the PHONE, waste your time, and aren't worth the NAME AIRLINE or TRAVEL AGENCY, in the case of JUSTFLY.com The AIR FRANCE departure airline from IAH was LATE on 10/8 for my flight. I scrambled to get a NEW FLIGHT with DELTA--but they wanted to charge me $198 more to ATHENS from HOUSTON. This seems rather SUSPICIOUS since THEIR FLIGHT was LATE and I don't think it is even LAWFUL to charge a Passenger MORE when 1) IT WAS THEIR FLIGHT that was LATE causing me to MISS CONNECTIONS. 2) The REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE FLIGHT was the SAME DESTINATION!!! (Athens) 3) Both JUSTFLY.com and DELTA AIR played GAMES with me on 7 PHONE CALLS!!! Why Bother with EITHER of these companies? Do you REALLY WANT THE HASSLE that I went thru? I will have to use my TRAVEL INSURANCE to get my $800+ BACK!!! There are other Airlines...You have better choices. DAN S. (October 2022)

I slept the entire way, so not sure what to say.
Pros: "One flight attendant was adamant about a passenger across from me, covering his nose AND mouth during the flight and constantly checked to make sure he was following the rules."
Cons: "The safety instructions portion of the flight was not thorough. They just held up the large card and stood there. No true demonstration which was important to me as I was sitting in the emergency exit row."

Cons: "In boarding, putting groups 3, 4, and 5 in the same line works poorly. Location of electric outlets needs better (i.e. some) documentation; had to ask crew. The heat fluctuated between too warm and too cold; had to put on and take off a fleece every 10-15 minutes. Chicken option for dinner rated spicy, so had to opt for pasta. No Asian options on flight from Japan; sad. So-so movie selection, controlling screen not very easy, screen often too dark. The list of movies in the United Magazine was incomplete and inaccurate. The size limits on carry-on bags and personal items was smaller than other airlines, unnecessarily so for the latter given the size of the space under the seat in front. United is inconveniencing customers without any justification."
Cons: "Late flight. No support to find back-up flights. No help with tips of how to navigate chicago airport to hopefully get to connecting flight in timely manner. Shuttle service could have been mentioned. The area of the airport I would need to get to in Chicago was not known. Although thr flight to Chicago was by far not full Iwas denied my request to take my roll on on the flight. It fits under seat. I am 70 and had to run across the airport."

Gave everyone the wrong gate twice, it was ridiculous. Someone at United should hire a six sigma trainer to teach employees about efficiency."

Over 2 hours on hold only for United to tell me to call back inside 24 hours of my requested departure (which was about 12 hours outside of the time I called). Bad customer service all around, both Kayak and United."

We paid nearly tripple for our flights for the convenience of not having to drive to denver....we will never do that again"

At the time of my flight to White Plains at 1:50 PM there was no snow in Chicago or at White Plains, Moreover the 6 PM flight left to White Plains when it was snowing both here and there. The only option given to me was standby on the 6PM flight. So, I had to cancel my flights and it ruined myu weekend."

Pros: "Took United Airlines to Phoenix for a family wedding. Flight went well. Slight delay, but pilot made up the time. On return trip, arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Staff on all flights were friendly and accommodating. Snacks were the usual, nothing to write home about. Entertainment access was provided through your device. Would recommend United."

Pros: "Here's the situation- There are massive storms across the state, massive delays across the nation, and a tiny airport packed full of people. All the things needed to make a horrible flying day an even worse day for customer service. BUT the flight crew and terminal teams did an amazing job keeping things together and keeping guests happy. They communicated all the information they knew in a timely manner, and made sure to correct any connections that needed to be processed before the plan landed. Also they kept their calm as people flipped out."
