We were exited with the promptness and excellent sevices provided during our flight we were allotted and home the same sitting will be allotted during our return journey we regret to inform that one of our suitcases lock were broken and a lot of items were missing even one of our hand carry baggage. Which was given due to lack Of. Weight and was not locked was opened and a few of wrist waches and perfumes were opened we were not provided any wheel chair at Qatar airport waited a long time to be transported to. Other terminal to catch our flight to Kolkata so this is bad experience

Good food. Friendly crew

Comfortable seats, good quality food, even though departure was delayed by an hour still caught up about half the time. Didn't have to rush to get the connection.

Qatar airlines denied issue of any Boarding Pass to me at the Airport Check in counter, siting the reason that pre-booking of Covid Test appointment 'on arrival' at Kolkata Airport (CCU) was a mandatory requirement, even if I was not traveling from (or through) any of the 19 (nineteen) 'AT-RISK' countries notified by Govt.of India for the purpose of International Arrival. Moreover, Air-suvidha form of Govt of India which I had pre-filled with required documents, never asked me or redirected me to any Covid test pre-appointment site 'on arrival' by the international passenger. The QA executive at the Houston (Texas, USA) air-port check in counter informed me about this about this and said it has come from their internal memo. They even denied issuing me a copy or to take any photo of the same internal note. Though as per our understanding the same is not required as per Govt of India's latest guidelines in related to international passengers arriving in any of the Indian airports (including Kolkata). My subsequent telephonic call to Qatar Airways Customer Care centre also did not help. They only could inform me to send a mail using 'feedback' link in the Qatarairways official site and ensured that it would be replied within 12 hours. Even after making a complaint (through Feedback link in QA official website), I have not yet received any reply from them even after 4 days (besides an automated acknowldgement) of my complaint. In none of their earlier communication to me, neither Qatarairways nor by 'Kayak' / Indian Eagle, this requirement (even if it was mandatory) was ever been ever communicated to me. Suffered a huge loss due to this. Very much disappointed with the Qatar airways.

Cons: "After thorough check (and hours at the airport) at the holiday destination, Dubai, my luggage was deemed lost. The DXB lost luggage staff helped me complete a 'lost luggage' report. However, the staff member told me that 'if' RwandAir found my luggage, I would be responsible for going to the airport as RwandAir does not have lost luggage delivery like most airlines. For the six days of my holiday, I waited for phone calls and checked emails expecting to hear from RwandAir. I heard nothing, RwandAir had made no effort of any kind to locate my luggage they had mishandled. Upon flying back home, I checked with the initial airport (DXB), the transit airport (Kigali), and my final destination airport (Brazzaville). My luggage was not in any of the airports mentioned. In each airport, and the RwandAir office at the Brazzaville airport, I presented the initial lost luggage form from the prior week and it was apparent that nobody, no airport, and no office was interested in finding my luggage. RwandAir, at no point, apologized for losing my belongings or in any way attempted to make up for seriously harming my holiday- not to mention the fact that it appears I will never see my possessions that were last seen being taken by RwandAir staff at the beginning of my holiday travels."

We were informed that our bags would NOT be delivered to us at our next destination, that the burden was on us to retrieve them AND there was no stipend or any type of refund to compensate us for the inconvenience. Since we were continuing our travel by road to Uganda, we had to pay extra to have a driver return to the airport the next day to retrieve and deliver our bags. This is very, very poor customer service!"

Cons: "Check-in closes one hour before your flight. Economy class: Food was a clingwrapped sandwich. The attendant gave me two bottles of a good South African wine. Security has gotten quite uptight at Kigali airport. They now stop your cab a couple hundred meters short of the airport, and have a dog check the vehicle. You have to pass through another security checkpoint at the entry to the airport building, and a third security into the boarding area. The final security check even takes away any empty bottles you have. And don't take any fingernail scissors in your handcarry, even if they have blunt points. You may have an hour or more wait in preboarding, and without water or bathroom excess. So takke care of these needs in advance."

On the day of travel, I checked in, checked two bags, and headed to the gate. An hour before the flight, a Rwandaair agent approached me to inform me that they were no longer code sharing with precision air, the second flight. Chaos ensued, my bags got lost, I got stuck in Nairobi, etc. in Nairobi, one of the Kenya airways agents literally said to me 'avoid Rwandaair and precision airlines - they are both airlines that do not follow any regulations, and not just operational, but safety as well.'"

Despite requesting for vegetarian meal, we were told in the flight that they don’t have vegetarian meal for us. We were not provided any meal because of that

Everything was just perfect, extremely polite staff, excellent service, food was great and best of all flights and connections were on time.

The flight is canceled due to bad weather, no available flight next day, had to change destination the next day and pay extra money to go to Los Angeles

The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress."

Pros: "I used the prime lounge in Istanbul and when it was time to go, I was able to practically walk on the plane without any wait. The seats were comfy and didn't have a ton of legroom but it wasn't bad. The staff we're friendly and helpful. The in-flight entertainment had a pretty impressive selection and had one of the best-designed interfaces I've seen so far (and I've ridden a variety of airlines). Last and most important, the food was hands down the BEST I've had on a plane. Turkish is killing it, they're my new go-to airline!"

They gave out full size blankets and pretty fluffy pillows. (I bring our own anymore, because you never know if you will get one on most airlines, and if you do they're usually useless). Their entertainment system was amazing. We caught up on all the recently released movies that we've wanted to see for FREE! If only Netflix had this quality of movie offerings. They had fresh flowers in the huge bathrooms. It's that type of attention to detail you just really don't see anymore."

Good flight and service.

So, let's start with the good. Excellent variety of entertainment, nice staff & the snacks decent enough. Now the bad, the seats were the most uncomfortable seats I think I have ever personally had to sit in. The non-existent leg room is another issue. The last part can we get the people on & off the plane a bit faster. I had this elderly gentleman who was attempting to get his luggage out of the overhead bin about 6 people in front of me when trying to get off the plane that was having trouble no crew member and unfortunately no one on the plane stepped up to help him so we all had to wait to get off the plane until I pushed my way past the people standing there to help the guy. This should be something the flight attendants should help with to move the process along. The final thing, REMOVE THE STUPID MASKS. The flight attendants are sitting around in the back during the flight no mask on talking and chit chatting, being closer then 6 feet. You must see the irony in this already. Let people who want to be scared be scared and wear a mask and let people who have an immune system not wear a mask. Its over and done with. We need to move on.

Departed 25 min late with no explanation. Arrival time was very off due to late departure but would have appreciated a better estimate.

Boarding was so bad in Frankfurt to mumbai total chaos no directions no boarding order

Baggage never made it to Frankfurt so which sucks when taking a European vacation. Luggage showed up three days later.

Did not get seats reserved. 4 hour delay from austin to Grankfort. 6 hour delay from Grankfort to Crete. Food was not good. Check in agents not friendly.

Only reason I did bad on food and entertainment was because flight was a short flight.

Complaint about food. Business class. Lufthansa was out of three options that I requested. No effort was made to manage a viable option so I was given no main course by the gentleman who came to serve me. Very disappointing. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

Then their agent said "You can't always trust the people at the desk, you know." Oh, really? If I can't trust your own agents, who can I trust, exactly? It turned out that we had an initial flight to Minneapolis, which was NOWHERE on the itinerary, on Sun Country. The Sun Country folks, thankfully, were enormously helpful and we made our flight with 2 minutes to spare. But it doesn't end there. We'd paid for business class all the way, but only got it on the interseas portions of our flights. And they lost our luggage on the way home, to boot. Take home lesson? NEVER FLY WITH CONDOR. I'll walk to Europe before ever booking with them again. And I'll make sure that all my friends and colleagues, all of whom travel extensively, know of our experience."
