Cons: "Deboarding out on the taxi way in Doha, then busing us to the terminal, took a long time, we were dropped in front and had to go through security again, should have been an easy connection but ended up rushing. status boards in Doha are not that clear, change a lot"

Cons: "We checked in seven and a half hours before this flight as we had just flown from Melbourne Australia to Qatar landing that same day at 0435am in the morning with this flight being delayed from 805 am to 12 noon then to find that we had been allocated the last row right at the toilets. Horrible."
Pros: "I liked their customer service, food, and the flight attendants were friendly. They have a very nice shopping mall at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar."
Cons: "They have less space to move your feet and after a while your left knee begins to hurt because you have been sitting in the plane for a long time. Whenever I asked to get a drink of water or soft drinks, it took the flight attendant 10-15 minutes to arrive with my drink. I understand she was occupied with other duties, but she should have made me her priority."

Cons: "Didn't like the fact that I was never notified through email that the flight was from a different , newer airport in Islamabad. Originally my booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but on the day of flight when I went to that airport , it was totally closed for operations and flights. And I asked people in the street e.g taxi drivers etc which airport my flight could be from. They told me that a new airport in Islamabad had become operational and my flight could be from the newer airport. I went to the new airport but I was late for boarding because my time was wasted in going first to the Benazir International Airport and then rerouting to the new airport. Fortunately the fight from Islamabad to Qatar was delayed and I was able to make it to the boarding and flew from Islamabad to Doha."
Pros: "First it was a brand new airplane and only that but it came with good food selection and enough spaces for tall guys like me ."

Pros: "From boarding to landing, I had a great flight. Flight was from NYC to Jakarta via Doha. Flight on a b777 to Jakarta and b787 to Jakarta. Plane had plenty of legroom and nicely designed entertainment system. Service was world class. About every hour or so, a crew member would ask if we wanted drinks. Food was great, had 3 choices of entrees for each meal."

Boarding in NCL is really bad. I'm sure part of that is a directive from the airport that KLM can't change but part of that is due to KLM policy. NCL doesn't announce the gate of departure until 30 minutes before departure. However, when you arrive at the gate area, the gate agents file everyone into one long line and everyone boards from one line at one time. This line can stretch for 200m...easily. There is a separate line for groups 1 and 2 but you don't know it until you get to the gate area and agents don't announce/advertise it. Everyone else is grouped into one line. Are you in group 3? Doesn't matter...you board with group 5. Traveling with a child? Tough luck...you're stuck at the end of the line and board last. The last part is very annoying because none of the gates at NCL (with the exception of 1 used by Emirates) has a jetway. To board, you must leave the gate area, walk downstairs, walk onto the tarmac and walk up stairs to board the plane. Highly challenging if you're traveling with small children. That boarding process begs for a concession to allow people with children to board first because they will need extra time. But there is no such policy. Just a really horrible boarding experience all around.

Boarding could have been smoother. There were several attendants standing at the gate instructing everyone to how to scan their boarding pass. This was a slow process. It would have been much more efficient if the attendants scanned the boarding pass since they are much more efficient at it. TI would have probably saved their voices as well. Having the attendants scanning boarding passes has been a standard everywhere for a long period of time. Why change the procedure?
It never happens. I did not receive the travel info and was forced to buy another much more expensive ticket.

Cons: "Seats were very uncomfortable, no air controller and the TV screen with the flight information was right in front of us. Even the flight attendants couldn’t turn it off and it was so bright making it difficult to sleep."

Cons: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."
Cons: "Apparently the rude gate agent decided to randomly pull people out of the mass gaggle for boarding and check carryons she seemed to believe we’re too heavy or big, while letting other bigger ones and heavier ones stating safety concerns. The bin has a total weigh limit, not the individual bag. Lufthansa needs to educate its employees."
Cons: "There were 7 families each with multiple young children who screamed and misbehaved the whole trip. After complaining, the staff did nothing. Bad trip!"
