The overall experience for the price we paid was mediocre. Nothing outstanding! Check in process was standard. Flight attendants could have been more well mannered. I found it rude when the attendant nudged me with the snack box to grab my attention when not looking. She could have said ,’excuse me’ instead. My son’s in flight entertainment was not working. The food was not great either. The snack options were not so great with kids in mind. Overall, might not travel qatar again.

The qatar airways flights were great, the code share with Indigo could have been a lot better. There is no option for web check in, there is not information on the tickets for the INDIGO PNR this caused a problem with security letting us into the airport. The indigo staff did not even want us to line up before they opened the counters. There is not option on the indigo flgith to request special meals.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

Quality of service on board was very inconsistent. FA service primarily seemed robotic and they barely engaged with passengers

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Food not good, flight attendants not the best, not accommodating very ruff

Flight attendants were harsh, food could be better, took way too long to pick up food trays, were stuck with the crying babies the entire to and from trip. Restrictions of 8 kg for cabin luggage is ridiculous that’s barely 2 pairs of pants, shirts, shoes. There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the carry on luggage size except the checked in luggage. Attendants don’t even help with putting luggage in cabin space. Attendant picked up food tray and spilled cherry juice all over my husband and has the nerve to come back to ask why he hadn’t changed his clothes.

Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.

Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.

Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

The flight was fine. Unfortunately, the seat entertainment (movie/TV/game options) was malfunctioning for some reason, so movies weren't an option on that flight. On the flight to my destination, it was working all right, but I never used it because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. It would be helpful to have better instructions for those of us who aren't too skilled at such things. Other than that, no problems. The crew were courteous, the food was decent, and they got us where we were going on time, or even a bit early. I would use them again.

I was unable to input the API information in online. I phoned and a member of staff input it for me, however when I went to check in online was told that I had not entered the API needed. It took 7 seperate calls to get all the information added. I added bags separately to booking the flights. When I went to check bags in at the airport and print the lable the machine kept telling me I didn't have bags, despite the online information telling me that I had. A helpful member of staff at Gatwick sorted and printed the lables.

I have not used food or entertainment all other services I used were simply excellent. BA crew is always good in service. The BA Crew at anygiven flight is simply amazing.

It was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had , it was a nightmare ,the seats were narrow and I was very cramped, the food was awful, there was over weight person seating next to me or should I say seating on my lap.Most of her was overflowing onto my seat .For 6 hours I endured this gulag like conditions. I will never ever book any flight with British Airlines

The mobile app for BA could have been better. It did not update real time on gate chnage information at the airport.

Did not refund airfare, cancelled fue to war in the Middle East. Trip insurance was useless.

Crew was attentive and friendly. Plane was comfortable. Bathroom was not very clean, but that is to be expected.
