In no part of the rental confirmation, website, or anyplace did it say that if you did not pay in advance, they would not hold your reservation. I found myself in Cancun without transportation in the height of the resort season. The daily rates were higher than the whole week with a paid-for-in-advance reservation. I would have gladly paid in advance, but I did not have the opportunity.2,0 Poor

Do not rent here, this is a pure fraudulent business... Quoted charges were $129 but upon arrival a rmanuver to make users buy additional insurance led a $800 markup. We had no choice but to pay since our entire vacation was centered around this... do not be defrauded in the same manner.3,2 Poor
