Flight cancelled by Seuss air and all onward flights missed
This is a quick flight from JoBerg to Livingstone. The small meal was very good, surprisingly, not a sandwich but a nice little chicken salad. Easy breezy flight if you travel long distance a lot. There is no entertainment and none needed for this short flight
Loved the in flight meal! Surprisingly good.! Staff on board were all friendly and professional! Book as far ahead as possible! Get your seat selection locked in ASAP
Far better than last return flight we had when the flight was delayed due to technical error and we missed our connection flight with no initial support from Airlink. This time thankfully all went well and will use again.
This was an excellent flight with great crew and a full complement service including a sandwich, a drink from the bar, tea, coffee or water with the meal and then a further bar service.
I can't understand how the priority boarding queue has so many people standing in it. I was travelling business class and arrived 40 minutes before boarding time and there we about 25 people in the queue ahead of me?
Delayed boarding... we were kept standing in the bus for too long... the bus was packed and smelling people!!! As if it's not enough,when we finally came off the bus, we had to wait again standing in the sun waiting to board..
+ There was a great small meal even on the short flight + They gave our kids a magazine that kept them busy because there were no screens - We didn't get a boarding pass for our infant in arms for the connecting flight

Airlink is my preferred airline for travel in South and Southern Africa. Upington international airport is small so check in and security screening is a breeze. Boarding is easy and the flight was good. Took a while to get the luggage at OR Tambo airport but all in all a nice experience
Overall good experience but for long distances there really needs to be more room.
The boarding was fast, the food was great; however, the seats & leg space were tight.
Flying portion was fine. Below average comfort. We had 2 canceled flights and got stuck in 2 cities which took us 3 days to get home. Kenya hasn’t done anything or even reached out to us after complaining.
We were delayed about 5 hours each way from JFK to Nairobi. On the way out, we sat on the tarmac for 5 hours making for almost 20 hours on the plane. And the seats are so uncomfortable. My bottom has never been so sore on a long flight before. Bring a pad if you can. On the return, we were delayed 5 hours in the airport. It was reported as a 3 hour delay on the board and website but at the gate it was 5 hours. So, we waited with 3 kids in the airport when we could have been at the hotel resting instead. The flight was completely full probably due to the cancelled flight the night before. I wonder if the airline is in such shambles because of their possible impending bankruptcy. The staff were pleasant and the vegan meals we requested were impressive for an airplane tv dinner style tray.
Staff and service on board is always exemplary. Food however could be better.
Seriously one of the most disappoint experiences I have ever had when flying. My flight got delayed FIVE hours. Nobody wanted to help at the airport (“this is Kenyan booking, we cannot do anything”). I got on the phone with someone from Kenyan for one hour until he finally moved my ticket to a Delta ticket. Then the painful journey restarted - the Delta crew in land kept saying there was no other flight and ai had to wait. An agent called Gerard Robert was being so sarcastic I felt humiliated. He would say things like “you say you understand what I am saying but you are not understanding what so am saying”. I asked him to please speak in a less sarcastic tone and he said “I am not going to speak with you anymore, go find someone else”. These were his words. Tired, after 14 hours in a plane, I just wanted to cry. I looked for another agent, who was an angel and rebooked me to another flights. Thanks to her, I made it to my meeting in Washington-DC. I am going to send a formal complaint to Delta about agent Gerard Robert. It is not fair to speak with customers in that cynical, sarcastic tone. If one works in customer service, it ia important to mind that tones can make people feel humiliated. And turning the back to a customer by saying “Go find someone else” can’t be part of his training.
On a long flight us customers need more rehydration by the crew. Some of us have water bottles but no crew is coming around to offer water. I’m not saying issue us all with plastic water bottles.
Great job in making sure that the customer is always having a great time
They should improve their time management and how to reschedule flights in order to avoid long stopovers
The crew was very friendly. The check-in to boarding process was onerous and unclear. I understand that part of the process is not the airline's responsibility but they can lobby to streamline the process
