Cons: The flight crew and gate crew were the rudest I have seen in my entire life. They acted as if they were too good to acknowledge passengers and ignored the flight attendant light and other efforts to get their attention to ask a question.

Pros: Free drinks. Two hot meals during flight. Lots of entertainment choices. Extra storage bin under window which doubled as large armrest. Ample legroom. Live sports on TV

Cons: There was no way for us to reserve seats with extra leg room 48 hours before the flight. Had to sit in agony for a 9 hour flight because of height

Cons: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.

Cons: Service desk personnel at the gate were very helpful and attentive. The plane was only 1/2-2/3 full, which made boarding quicker. The food was tasty and coffee was great! We were also offered juice twice during the flight. Bathrooms were clean. Since the plane wasn't full, they weren't dirty even at the end of the flight. I brought my own headphones, but the stewards provided them if you need them. My one big complaint was that our seats did not recline, thus making any kind of shut-eye near impossible. Our plane left and hour late, but the pilots stepped on the gas and we got in on time!

I have 2 kids that I had to carry all the way through customs and bagga claim because refuse to bring stroller to the gate and was very rude in their answer. Horrible Experience. Cons: train the crew to respect customers, and to show care for families. I'm surprised Emirates always market about how friendly they are with family travels when the crew not only refuse to bring the stroller to the gate like all other airlines, but was also very rude. Her name was Annalie

Pros: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Pros: The flt attendants were very good but not exceptional. The entertainment screen was the best I have experienced. Coach was as cramped as every other airline I have flown. Seats were not very comfortable. Food was delicious.

Cons: Lufthansa, (and all other carriers) need to remove a couple rows of seats in economy class and give passengers the space they deserve. Seats on international flights need to be more comfortable also.
