R6 110 Find cheap flights from Johannesburg to Hamburg

It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.

Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.

Everything was good up until getting off the plane. Riyadh simply cannot handle an A380. Exiting the plane on a remote stand was extremely slow and frustrating, then waiting for buses for transport back to the terminal is another disaster. Give me the 777 any day.

Food service must be faster and make vegetarian food in good quality

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time

First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.

Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!

Flight never took off. Boarded after multiple 30 minutes interval delays for hours.. then after an hour onboard, captain announce cancellation and back on the bus to the terminal with no information and everyone to fend for self.. Emirates did absolutely nothing to communicate either electronically or announcement. It’s unprecedented I know with the flood but lack of communication creates anxiety and extra pain for staff. Emirates should do better.. no supervisors monitoring floor and passengers abusing them which isn’t right but should Have had supervisors monitoring

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.

I don't think I will fly Swiss again. I had issues with carry on luggage, connections were really tight, food was average, I paid extra for an aisle seat, then it was changed at check-in, the app/website don't allow you to add extra baggage if needed, and it was the first long-haul flight that didn't provide alcohol (glass of wine with dinner).

Crew was super courteous and helpful. Food quality was not so good. Most of the movies were old.

So terrible. They would not rebook me for a flight until 2 days. I had to spend so much money to get my own flight. They were rude and not helpful.

Everything from the price to online checkin and the flight being on time to the crew and food was very good. The comfort level is fine--the seats are very close to each other in Economy. But I guess you get what you pay for.

The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.

Between Air India and Qatar my luggage was lost for three days. I eventually found my own luggage location using the Apple Air Tag. Air India used a paper form to report my lost luggage. I could never get past getting past luggage personnel with my report number before they would hang up on me. Only after them specifically telling Air India at Chandigarh airport where my luggage was located which was right under their noses did they react. After three days I finally received my luggage. The Air India luggage folks didn’t seem proactive in finding the luggage’s rightful owner.

As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive

Don't be afraid if you board an Oman Air Airbus A330 - it will take you to Colombo and not Muskat. The Aircraft is leased by Qatar Airways ;-)

Not good. Expected a lot more as far as excellence.

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

I staff or crew they were very friendly and humbly, they done theirs service very well, I appreciate them and thank you to the company or Qatar 🇶🇦 Government for providing as good service in their flight ,once again, thank you 😊 🙏 😀 😉 👍

Fantastic, the 787-9 is a very beautifully designed plane and it was a pleasure to fly in the Qsuite. The suite did feel slightly smaller than the 777 variant, and the suite door also felt smaller, as I felt more exposed as passengers and crew walked past. Food was too notch, and the service was fantastic. I wish they’d enforce boarding zones more effectively, but otherwise they did really well.

From Montreal to Doha , we habe two complaints : 1) They want to charge for Seat Selection, claiming that the Class of ticket bought on Kayak did not cover seat selection. It such a penny pinching rule, I told them, since we paid almost $20,000 our 3 tickets , that rule should never exist. Also I reserved my tickets so many months ahead, I expected they will naturally put the family together or move somebody else to keep our family seating together. I filed a complaint, and NOBODY ANSWERED. 2) In Montreal, Qatar has an arrangement with the National Bank Lounge. It was so overcrowded and the Lounge is so bad in terms of service and food, amenities etc... The WORST lounge . Why Qatar not have another arrangement their Business Class clients in Montreal. The Air France KLM Lounger is better, the Air Canada Lounge is better. Qatar should send somebody to take a look ! Joseph Chung

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

Excellent crew. Three problems need to be taken care of: 1. Lack of wi-fi during the flight. This prevents busy traveller's from working while onboard. 2. Why there were two very-slow security check points was more punishment that necessary. Went through thorough security at transit area, the an even slower one at Gare 19!!!! Why passports needed to be checked st least 5 times by 5 different people makes no sense. Additionally, passengers were crammed like sardines in a boarding area with no charging ports that work!! This was a boarding nightmare. 3. During my flight (seat 27C) the headset socket did not work. Watched one movie, but very difficult because of that. Had to keep my fingers on the socket for it to work!

Food was awful and the seats were bad. No privacy in business class with the seat next to someone. 15 hours without WiFi!!!

Staff and service on board is always exemplary. Food however could be better.

The cabin crew were very good, respectful, and nice. However, the flight was delayed more than an hour. They could have managed the problem easily but they couldn't and that affected our travel. Thanks

Great staff. Horribly uncomfortable seating. The seats have been replaced 10 years ago. It was like sitting on an ironing board for 15 hours. This was true for both legs of the round trip flights. Would not take Kenya Airways between New York and Nairobi ever again.

Seriously one of the most disappoint experiences I have ever had when flying. My flight got delayed FIVE hours. Nobody wanted to help at the airport (“this is Kenyan booking, we cannot do anything”). I got on the phone with someone from Kenyan for one hour until he finally moved my ticket to a Delta ticket. Then the painful journey restarted - the Delta crew in land kept saying there was no other flight and ai had to wait. An agent called Gerard Robert was being so sarcastic I felt humiliated. He would say things like “you say you understand what I am saying but you are not understanding what so am saying”. I asked him to please speak in a less sarcastic tone and he said “I am not going to speak with you anymore, go find someone else”. These were his words. Tired, after 14 hours in a plane, I just wanted to cry. I looked for another agent, who was an angel and rebooked me to another flights. Thanks to her, I made it to my meeting in Washington-DC. I am going to send a formal complaint to Delta about agent Gerard Robert. It is not fair to speak with customers in that cynical, sarcastic tone. If one works in customer service, it ia important to mind that tones can make people feel humiliated. And turning the back to a customer by saying “Go find someone else” can’t be part of his training.

I almost missed my flight because my previous flight (Mombasa- Nairobi, also Kenyan airways) landed in a different terminal. There was no signs whatsoever, no information shared. It felt messy. If the flights are purchased together, like mine, there has to be indications on how to board to the following one.

The cabin is due for a refresh - the seats are very thin and not very comfortable. The AVOD system also did not work on one of the seats and the touch screen were very glitchy. The overall cleanliness of the aircraft could be improved

Cancelled and left stranded with two babies. They couldn’t rebook and I have no way to get home. 100 phone calls later the calls kept getting dropped. When I asked to cancel and rebook elsewhere they couldn’t promise me any type of refund even though they canceled the flight without alternative options

It wasn't clear that there will be additional charge for checked in baggage. Very, very disappointed making me pay extra $75. Food was not tasty and not healthy. Lufthansa used to be good, not any more. Unfortunately has gone down big time and continues to go down.

No priority boarding for business class. Delays, seat 4D was inoperable, table was broken. Movie choices were limited. Staff tried hard. Very poor experience based on previous Lufthansa’s flights. This was Discovery $8,600 was too much for this level of service. We will go back to DELTA when ever we can

Numerous delays, missed connections flight. Then connection flights were late as well

Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.

Lufthansa was a great airline. Good communication on what to do at 3:00 am in the morning. I had a 6:00 am flight and when I arrived at the airport there were no attendants. But I remember reading info that told where I was supposed to go. My flight from Munich to Chicago was delayed by 30 minutes. I was very happy with that. Would definitely fly with Lufthansa again!

The airplane, although a very new model, does not offer a standard outlet plug, so when my computer battery died after 2 hours, that was it. It seems bizarre that they would offer only USB outlets.

No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.

Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good

Leg room is good, food is average, crew is not friendly
