Cons: "The food could use some work. It is still better than most other airlines but not as good as most high schools. However, you will not go hungry because they make sure that you stay and hydrated on their flights. I do dislike all the dogs that are allowed in planes. Now flights have babies crying coupled with dogs barking. Takes away from the overall ambiance that Qatar tries so hard to achieve."

Cons: "The first flight from KTM the TV didn't work and I didn't fit into the seat. The most uncomfortable seat in a long time. The second flight from Doh to JFK was not good. I was put through 3 security checks when I already went through security in KTM. On the 3rd check my Dutyfree whiskey was taken from me because they would not let me take it in my carry on. They said I could take it if I checked my carry on bag (one backpack). My carry on has everything I need for a 16 hour flight. Plus, I had my very expensive camera gear in there too so I could not do this. This was unfair and Qatar needs to step up and return my Dutyfree whiskey and reimburse for the flight without TV. I will never suggest Qatar to anyone."

Cons: "Some Cabin Crew are RUDE fromEven though Cabin Crew manage to gave us what we preferred to eat. They are the best. Doha -Kathmandu. They treated some senior citizens passengers who wouldn’t understand english with some disrespect. In addition, we had some problem with meal that was pre-ordered. It was probably system glitch but our meal selection wasn’t registered and Crew didn’t have idea about our meal."

Cons: "Observed that one flight attendant from India is giving more attention to a person who is from Navy. He avoided asking what we want for drinks etc. He always ignored us and pushed his cart before we answer. We are very unhappy with his behavior, however, adjusted ourselves."

Cons: "I checked two bags and had them marked 'fragile', as I had valuables in there that I packed securely. When I retrieved the bags on the carousel, the fragile sticker was mangled, and both items from both bags were broken. Pieces of art I can not replace. Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."

Cons: "They supposed to provide Wheel chair for my elderly mother in Law who had a foot fracture, was very hard /painful to walk. I confirmed the wheelchair option well advance before her travel date in Qatar Airways Web site. I got the confirmation also in the Qatar Airways Web site. I usually fly with my family as I have a big family with couple of children and elderly. I will never fly Qatar again, this was the 1st and the last fly with Qatar airways."

Cons: "There were no headphones and again with the remote Oryx screen that is just way too complicated and freezes like crazy."

Cons: "Flight was on runway for more than 45 mins. I had to run to catch my connecting flight. If the flight had to wait then why on runway after landing. Anyways I barely caught my connecting flight."

Cons: "The seats don't recline very far and on the a380 the window is a very long way from the seat making it impossible to lean against. - so difficult to get a reasonable test. The food was not great. Perhaps not qatar's fault(?) but we bought duty free alcohol in Brussels and took as carry on then after a layover in Doha we were advised Australian regulations prohibited us from taking it on board for the final leg - even though it was still sealed in the duty free bag. We were forced to check it protected only by some lightweight clothing and a thin back pack we had been using as cabin luggage. Fortunately it made it undamaged - but it would be better if we had been informed of this at Brussels."
