Easy boarding Seats were very uncomfortable no room arm rests didn't even go up all the way

The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.

I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats

I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.

So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off

Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.

Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

In row with endlessly screaming toddler and should have been reseated as there were open options

It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it

Flight delayed at Newark by more than 1 hour. Weather was perfect. No explanation provided. This delay made me almost miss my connecting flight at Munich. Bags from all passengers from Newark were NOT loaded onto the connecting flight to Munich. Two days without fresh clothes.

Solid old-school airline, comfortable, efficient and pleasant. It's the small things like nice blankets, good legroom and complementary mixed drinks, even in economy class. Can recommend!

Biggest gripes were that the seats were extra narrow as the 4-in-the-middle taper down. As with most flight, too little leg room hurts my aging hips. Also changing the flight time to 3 hours earlier meant that we had a terribly long lay-over in one of the world's most boring airports

They run you late and make you miss flights… I have missed 6 in 1.5 years

Very smooth flight and crew was very attentive and helpful

Poor communication from airline, didn't start boarding until 15 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air and there was no communication from anyone about a delay except the screens showing we were "on-time" and already "boarding" which finally updated 5 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air to "delayed".

Good flight, but left late and food was only okay!

I was not seated with my husband despite paying to choose seats. My luggage was not put on the plane so didn't get it for 3 days.

Poor. Flight was late. We were locked inside the gate area with no way to leave to get some food or a decent meal. No seating. No information from Lufthansa all along. Very bad

Other than problems with checking in and uploading passport info everything was great. It would be nice to be able to manually input passport info. Often while traveling the bandwidth has problems uploading pictures
