Easy peasy. Crew was great. Take-off and landing nice anc chill (good job by the pilot). Thank you UA!
The flight and crew were fine. The entertainment- the sound was so bad through the headphones I could barely understand it and it was a show I had seen before. The food might have been fine but having to have an account with united in order to access the app in order to pay for the food was rage inducing. I had entered my credit card info at home and logged in as guest but that wouldn’t allow the “wallet” tab to open in the app. And then the wifi was so bad that it took about 45 minutes to fully log in and get all the info working at which time I missed the food. You shouldn’t have to give your address, email and phone number in order to get a hamburger.
Again a nearly five hour flight and pretzels is all the food you get and all you can drink water. No electric plugs in economy. Staff was totally not caring. Delta next time
The food needs to be improved, up to the standard of the people and the accommodation.

Seat 14K (business class) had no cushion / would not inflate. It was like sitting on a stone bench the whole flight. Sleeping was impossible.
Plane was older and terribly uncomfortable but the leg room was good!
Entertainment could be updated - lots of really old movies should be reviewed and updated.
It never happened. Snow storm. Flights cancelled. Got Covid somewhere along the air travel.
