Awful…flight was delayed more than 12hrs, missed all connections to Fort Wayne, IN, had to get flight to another city 2 hours from my destination, flight was again delayed by 40 mins because they did not have enough fuel, again missed a connection, finally arrived in Indiana at 11pm…but before my 2 hour drive home, ay, no Five That Our Luggage Never Made On The plane and Still In Chicago
The seats were uncomfortable. The flight was almost 9 hours and they didn’t serve lunch
Pretty turbulent, but not anyone’s fault. They got us there. Impressed that they carried on with a drink service.

My luggage didn't make my transfer in Newark. It took 4 days to receive it even though I tried to pick it up at the airpory

Flight was delayed, which put a great stress on us, about potentially disrupting our two subsequent overseas flights. Had to run through the airport, but we made it. Comfort of the seat was non-existent.
Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.
