The two meals were plentiful and excellent. The drinks were continuous. Thanks, Crew very polite; however a bit "hazard" at the end as they were rushing us off; to prepare for the cleaning team and next flight. Baggage from Berlin was delayed; however through the apps etc; they kept me aware and informed.(.did receive my baggage about 36 hours after my flight arrival). Good experience; thank you.

Cons: "Checking our bag was a nightmare. All bag check-in was at kiosk which we couldn't use because we had to pay to check our bag. Had to find a desk in another terminal to check bag, then pay an another desk for said checked bag. We saved money by ticketing this way but we almost missed our flight"
Pros: "The plane was pretty cool. I like the fact that the overhead compartments had enough room. The staff was friendly, too. The piece of chocolate is very tasty."

Pros: "Liked nothing. Stewards were no help. Seating was extremely tight. I am disabled and use a small travel scooter. They removed the batteries even though they are not lithium or spillable. I called months in advance with all specifications and still they were clueless. We will never fly Swiss again. I am disabled and received no help. They removed the batteries of my scooter and we had to carry them on our lap. I had to tell them to put the batteries back in the scooter. They failed in every facet."
A heated chicken pie as a snack was terrible and could not be eaten. It should never be served. The crew took a long time in cleaning up after meals
I upgraded to premium economy for better seat with more room. However, dinner service did not have enough food to serve the last row of premium. I ended up with economy meal however I paid for an upgrade meal. Very disappointed. Same issue with breakfast snack, the entire row A, b, C, D seats did not receive any morning coffee or tea. My money was easily spent but I did not receive the benefit expected from the cost.
Staff was wonderful. There was no breakfast because a cooling system had not been repaired. My luggage didn’t make it on the plane in London, so I had to wait to have my luggage delivered. I’m a long ways from home to be without items in my bag. We have to wait to be reimbursed for costs

Cons: "If you want to reserve your airline seat (I'm talking a standard economy seat) you have to pay $34 per seat if it's 24 hours or more before your flight. Guess what happens at 24 hours? The airport takes over and you're stuck in the middle of a crowded 10.5 hour flight all because you weren't able to select your seat ahead of time. Just another money grab from a tanking airline."

I specifically didn't make mention of this account when I set up my account with Expedia because I wanted the points rewarded to my Qantas Account as has my previous BA flights."

Cons: "I took three flights from San Diego to San Francisco, San Francisco to Chicago, Chicago to Montreal. San Diego departure was almost an hour late. The Chicago departure was half an hour late because the pilot wasn’t checked in yet. It is very frustrating when I run through Chicago airport from B to E"

Cons: "When we went to check in (right at 24 hours), our family of three was separated across the plane in middle seats—and they wouldn’t seat us together unless we paid extra to upgrade our ticket. The ticket agent said the plane was full and there was nothing they could do. It was very frustrating."

Cons: "Out flight was supposed to leave by 11:10 PM. United kept delaying the flight until 2 AM when they announced they flight was delayed to 8AM the following morning. At that point we had to stand for 1.5 hours in line in customer service with no information as to why this had happened. By the time we were with customer service it was too late to go to a hotel to sleep, so we had to sleep in the floor of the airport. The flight boarded to leave by 8 AM but we were again delayed in the runway 2 more hours. The last explanation the gave us was that the copilot never showed up. I do not recommend flying with United Airlines."
