I like flying first class, and United has a nice one

The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.

Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.

They charged a fee for 1st bag checked. Others in same party were free.

I had two piece luggage allowance and yet I had to pay for one of them.

Seats in waiting area and on plane hard as rock. Fast internet on the flight was great! Crew was kind.

Very disappointed with food service. They ran out of entree selections- so for the last 10 rows only option was lentil stew. Not a fan. Then the morning service (pizza twist) was lukewarm at best- I exited my 12 hour flight having eaten a roll and dessert. They knew it was a full flight.

Where the plane landed and the next grate to get to is a LONG LONG LONG walk again if one is not fit and healthy with no carts to assist. It sucks
