Cons: Entertaining on board

Pros: The crew.

Cons: The aircraft: too old! No charging ports, entertainment system horrible. The food was not super.

Pros: One particular member of the flight crew (Jennifer Foster-Moore, I think) was stupendously kind and helpful. The cabin service manager (a young gentleman) was also very helpful. The ice-cream bar mid-flight was a nice touch.

Cons: The equipment for this flight is a 747-400. Hence, the personal entertainment system is old: no games, and the video can be shaky.

Pros: Comfortable (only) because lots of empty seats.

Pros: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything.

Pros: That I was able to change flight within the delta app

Cons: There was a big delay.

Pros: It’s nice to be in a plane fitted with modern conveniences. Great entertainment options.

Cons: I didn’t have a window at all. The staff didn’t offer any snacks to us. My bag was the only one that didn’t make it while I had a plenty long layover.

Cons: I booked and paid for special seats (last row in one of the cabins ) but they changed my seats as they changed the plane!

Pros: Amazing crew , very accommodating , and friendly , professional, excellent!

Cons: Perhaps slightly better food, however choice of liquor & beer was excellent with tremendous service. 5 star service across the board.

Pros: Our flight attendant was awesome. Very friendly and attentive.

Cons: The cabin temperature was cold and the flight was delayed by over an hour.

Cons: Schedule issues, rerouted thru LA, very very painful travel, multiple security checks for an issue from the airline schedule. Airline doesn’t give reroute options. Two bags opened and missing personal items. Very frustrating travel. Kids meal choices missing on rerouted flights. I can go on...

Pros: the price is why we chose BA, but never again

Cons: We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered.

Cons: Aircraft VERY aged--NO charging ports?! Entertainment screens tiny and old touch screen interface, slow to respond. Remote control on arm rest=accidental volume changes and such. Do NOT get the veggie pasta, it's terrible. Overhead bins do not hold large bags correctly.

Pros: Most of the crew was helpful, however, I arranged a pick Up at Heathrow to guide me to my connectg flight. the flight attendant advised me to speak to the male concierge when exiting. He then insisted: No, there is no one coming. When I stepped out the pick up person showed up anyhow. ??

Cons: Like I said better staff communication in regards to my special situation/need. Also I was surprised I had to pay for the water I had on the flight as the attendant who offered it didn’t mention it was for purchase when they asked me if I wanted bottled water.
