Pros: I liked the attentiveness of staff and there was excellent communication between SWISS airlines and customers.

Cons: I honestly had no issues with my flight.

Cons: seats were way too cramped - worst flight ever that way - what has happened to Swiss - there is no room - horrible!!!

Cons: On Swiss website I added Rehe preference for a lactose free meal — but none were on the plane. The economy seats are close enough together I needed to hold my book to the side to read.

Cons: One cookie with tea is not enough at this time of day! Boarding was organised terribly and was the main reason for the delay.

Cons: The touchscreen was so buggy and unresponsive that I opted to sleep instead of trying to find something to watch on it.

Cons: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Cons: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Cons: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Pros: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Cons: The TVs in economy class weren’t working and it was an 8 hour flight so it would have been nice to have some entertainment during that time

Cons: ORD ZRH seats extremely crowded. Wished for comfy Star Alliance seats for that flight which we did enjoy from ZRH BUD

Cons: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Cons: Too many seats, 3-4-3 configuration means not even enough room to walk down aisle without bumping people in their narrow seats.

Cons: Entertainment didn’t work, the crew did nothing to help. The plane was hot and stuffy. My luggage is lost.

Cons: Cabin kept very hot, very difficult to sleep. Seats were so-so comfortable

Pros: The crew was nice, the food was really good, the plane was clean, and they used reusable silverware and plates to avoid waste.

Cons: The TVs weren’t working on the seats for the duration of the 8 hour flight. Some of them were working for other customers and we pointed it out to some of the flight attendants but they took no action

Cons: The plane waited 40 minutes for delayed connecting flights to arrive. It's great for some passengers because they don't miss the transatlantic flight, but it causes others to miss their connections on the other end. It added to very stressful deplaning.

Cons: As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat.

Pros: The airline is top notch and treated you great like it should be.

Cons: The sears where a little tight but not bad and the movie options were ok not great.

Pros: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.

Cons: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.
