The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.
The flight was delayed in Jhb and I could have had some help in Dubai trying to get to my connecting flight to London

Pros: "The food was very nice. The IFE was very nice as well. The seats were comfortable."
Cons: "The was a lot of profanity used by the attendants that was not necessary. Secondly I reserved a front row seat in online check in, but it did not allow put mean in that seat. Which if they were full would be understandable, but every single one was empty."
Cons: "Food on the menu was not available. Some of us did not get lunch and were being offered bread. Some flight attendants were impatient with pax and unwilling to help especially with regards to Wifi on board , others were impolite"

My seat didn't recline, the entertainment console was not working properly, and I had almost no legroom due to the design of the seat. The temperature was unbearably hot. And I didn't get my special meal."

Qatar is the worst airline experience I had in a long time traveling business class, I believe the hype is all paid for by bloggers.

The delay was not officially communicated to any of the passengers — no announcements made, no representatives to talk to at the gate — until well past the time that we should have been in the air. It was distressing."

Pros: "I like that I got an aisle seat this time, even though it was toward the rear of the plane. Because of my right knee, I requested an aisle seat on the flight from NY to Johannesburg, but somehow I didn't get one. I thought the crew was very accommodating and helpful"
Cons: "The delay because of problems with loading the baggage got us to JFK late. And that was just on the plane after we had to stand in the longest line before boarding. I also couldn't really enjoy the entertainment (e.g. movies or music) because the headset didn't fit well into the arm of the seat. I could only hear voices when I held the headset cord in one position, and it was difficulty keeping it in that position for an entire movie."

Cons: "Every single flight (4 total) took off late and even caused us to miss a connection. On the way to Madrid from Entebbe, my luggage was mislabeled and sent to London and now is completely lost. It has been two days of a trip of having no clothes, shoes, or toiletries other than what I had on my person. And I have yet to hear from anyone with Ethiopian Airlines, only representatives from Madrid airport."

I asked to be moved up to any of the 10 open seats in business and they said they can't. It was actually one of the worst flights I've ever taken anywhere in my life."

Pros: "Having never even heard of Ethiopian Airline, our expectations weren’t very high. We found the boarding process to work well. The staff was great and the meals were very good. The flights were on time and efficient."
Cons: "On many of the flights we had to use the roll up stairs. The water that they served tasted like tap water. The seats seem closer (less leg room) than other airlines."
On a long flight us customers need more rehydration by the crew. Some of us have water bottles but no crew is coming around to offer water. I’m not saying issue us all with plastic water bottles.
Pros: "nothing I liked about this flight. Our flight was delayed by more than 6 hours. Even though airline had an opportunity to bump us in their sister airline- precision airline in earlier flight Nairobi, they refused to help us. Precision air had lot of seats empty."
Cons: "Kenyan airways do not care about customers and inconvenience they are facing. We were suppose to arrive Dar at 7:30 pm and instead now we will arrive at 1:30 am on 28th Jan 2020."
Pros: "Nothing - we were stuck at the airport for over 10 hours due to a strike. Missed all connecting flights. They didn’t even offer accommodation or reimbursement on air tickets for our next destination."
