Once again the airport teams reached out to my colleagues and I ahead of time and managed to resolve to satisfaction. Perhaps reservation team can trigger a call to the passengers while they are still at home asking for the documentation validation electronically over a secured database.... just a thought. Again, being a part of the Experience and Innovation team, travel and tourism needs less human interaction, now more than ever. While we digitalized the obvious, the exceptions can remain humanized."

Cons: "The flight attendant dropped a suitcase on my head when I was sleeping. I had terrible headache, nauseous, and dizzy with some really uncomfortable neck pain. The staff tried to get me to take medicines that I could not read for nauseous but I would not. They said they were prescribed by a doctor! What doctor. The flight was the longest worst ever! 14 hours - nothing to eat or drink! In addition, the head flight attendant said the baggage compartment over my head was a problem as it opens all the way down and bags fall easily out. The bag was easily 30 pounds and landed directly on my head. I suffered a concussion."

Better rapport with passengers in business class. Food that was served in economy class is now served in business class. Not the level of business class food. Economy class passengers should be getting snacks and drinks like they did before. Put back the pride in Croatia Airlines. I'm Croatian and I was always proud of our flights. Now quality is lower. Staff was nice, some more then others. Lufthansa flights have nice choice of drinks, but this time food was a bit basic. Well, that can happen. Hopefully next time there will be better choice of food. Staff was ok, not great. One flight attendant was amazing. Business class top quality, although she wasn't even assigned to business.

Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

Anyways on time and excellent service
Flight was delayed but no info provided at airport. Boarding was a free for all, not entirely convinced they cleaned the plane fully. Once onboard seats are a little tired looking and uncomfortable, but it's economy. Nutrigrain bar and tiny bottle of water provided. I don't see the advantage of flying BA over any other airline, the staff are nice and friendly but the overall service isn't any batter or whose than other airlines. Considering I cancelled the flight 2 months ago -- I would have to say the communication was poor -- since I continue to received updates. I say poor since Kayak seems not to want to respond to me to reschedule a flight -- they hold my voucher -- so I can not do it on my own --

Cons: "There was an abusive passenger sitting behind me that kicked my chair the entire flight. They were angry that they didn't have more space and that I wanted to have my seat back. I offered to put it up during meal times to make sure they had enough space but that wasn't good enough. The crew knew what was happening and tried to get the other passenger to stop but the passenger persisted. The crew refused to upgrade me even though I had paid for an aisle seat and there were no other aisle seats available for me to move to. I find this service unacceptable. I probably won't be willing to fly BA again as they obviously care more about money than ensuring their customers are comfortable."

While I was satisfied with Kayak, we had to cancel a nonrefundable flight. BA Customer Relations rep was courteous but, should have told us that when we paid the flight cancellation fee of $500 (for two) that it was nonrefundable. No such warning was provided. Thus, it was a costly loss for flight tickets, seat reservations, and to top it, a cancellation Another thing I do not like about BA, is that you pay International Service Fees. I will never book a flight with British Airways."

Cons: "The flight was repeatedly delayed and AA isn't social distancing on their planes, causing people to be right next to another person for multiple hours. Even with masks, the risks could be further mitigated if seating was more staggered."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for hours, and I am still trying to get to lax. All due to the pilots being too tired to fly, and due to maintenance. I would of appreciated checking into a hotel room a lot earlier than I did due to vague communication. I’m exhausted with only 2.5 hours of sleep."

Cons: "Never got on the flight!! This was a Christmas gift & they took the money when booked it and told me they needed credit card verification 2hrs before departure! Terms and conditions doesn’t say I needed the credit card when checking-in! They also NEVER notified us that I was needing that information! The person who booked my flight is overseas!!! They are the worst at customer service. Still waiting to hear back from them! It’s the holidays and they are absolutely careless! I must add that when checking-in the agent was rude, unprofessional and even mocked me! ridiculous!"

Pros: "Attentive and friendly crew onboard. Flight capt. kept us abreast of where we stand in the take-off queue. Upon landing, flight crew asked passengers who didn't have connecting flights to remain seated so that others could disembark first."
Cons: "Horrible boarding crew. Two ladies that acted like they just started doing this job yesterday. At one point, they actually yelled at a passenger who was about to board. Even their supervisor admonished them but seemed to be too weak to tell them what to do."

Pros: "Flight kept being pushed back multiple times. left about 3 hrs late. Then after boarding and waiting to take off, the pilot tells us a light came on the "dash" and he has to have maintenance come to check it. That takes another 30 plus minutes. Not a good start to the morning."

Cons: "Gate agent did not start forcing check in, which caused delay in boarding. Ground crew did not stock aircraft until 20 minutes after scheduled departure time. and DFW did the usual 20 minute taxi and then 15 minute hold prior to take off."
Pros: "I like the cookies. Any flight that safely lands is a good flight. I didn't have to hear the inflight "entertainment". There was room for my backpack, and I was in group 6 on a nearly full flight."
Cons: "I hate having media flashed in my face. The srewardesses misses me when serving beverages, which is hard to imagine, and rarely happens. We had a particularly bumpy landing. I've flown a fair amount, and I thought our bouncing and jostling was unusual, but then weather is unpredictable - still... I've seen navy pilots stick landings of small planes in worse weather."
Pros: "Food was really good, crew members fantastic. Boarding was a little messy, a mix between anxious passengers and weak organization."
Cons: "The entertainment system didn't work and there was no way to solve it. It should've been checked before. It was a 9-hours flight with almost nothing to do."

Pros: "The flight was fine, no complaints from JFK to DCA, luckily at JFK they gave us priority check-in forms to help us skip a few lines to get through faster for our connecting flight to DCA."
Cons: "Iberia does not have a check in counter at lax. All flights are operated by American, but ticket issued by Iberia. American could not locate my ticket and as a result I missed my flight. Iberia's 1800 number would not cooperate to release or rebook my ticket until a full day and 3 trips to the airport later when I made a manager speak to an American airline rep to explain and resolve what should be done with my unused ticket. Unbelievably inefficient and rude."
Cons: "Entertainment screen did not work which affected 6 passengers, rows 34 and 35. Flight attendants kept saying there was nothing they could do. They didn't return to give us an update. We had to ask three times to different attendants."
Cons: "The airline did not inform us that the flight lands and passengers would need to travel by bus to the terminal. Just a surprise. I would like to know when booking the flight."
Pros: "This particular trip everything went as well as can be expected. I was upgraded to first on both legs, always a bonus. Crew was friendly and efficient. FYI, this was not AA crew and equipment, was the regional sub. But still, all good."
Cons: "I don't care for the shuttle from the main terminal to the remote. It's crowded and uncomfortable, even for a few minutes."

Pros: "That we where on the plane... If you consider that we had to make this D-tour to get to San Juan...AA canceled our flight to San Juan in JFK due to wether and not enough standby crews."
Cons: "That the canceled the flight in JFK, and the couldn't get us to to San Juan from JFK the same or the next day!! There was nobody from AA to assist you or help you!! We had this once with Delta as well but they send you the new itinerary in front with a compensation and help you at the airport... For us it's never AA again"

Pros: "The Ticket agent was very helpful and friendly. The air crew and Flight Attendants were very nice and helpful. The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."
Cons: "I checked in with American and a wheel chair attendant assisted me to my gate. My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."
Pros: "Flight was delayed and hour and they lost out baggage. Did not have clothes for 2 days"
Pros: "The extra leg room, giving everyone a free movie screen. Over all experience was better than any other airline I have experienced."
