The lobby was beautiful and inviting.
the renovations are finished the location is good the price was still right the walls are thick and I've never heard my neighbors
free breakfast isn't included anymore will the price start to rise as people discover this place?
Great hotel, under construction
Very clean, comfortable, and modern. It is currently under construction in the hotel lobby, but it was never bothersome to us. We could not hear it even from the elevator! Great place to stay
Good option in dupont area
Rooms are clean ; relatively quiet, nice staff
Under construction Quinoa oatmeal everytime in breakfast buffet
Not 4 star worthy
The location was great. In the center of the DC business district with food and shops everywhere. Close to the national mall. It's a hike but a doable walk.
Not as advertised. The suite was nowhere near as luxurious as advertised. There was constitution within the hotel that I was not notified about. Room prices should not have been $200 per night plus parking with the construction. Room had an outdated feel. I would love to stay again in a few years when they gut and renovate the entire hotel.
Good hotel and great location
Location was great for business, dining and nightlife.
Current renovations took away, but it's something that has to be done. Besides the construction the place was nice, quiet and was within walking distance to many businesses, restaurants and nightlife as well as tourist attractions.
Great not perfect
Not a bad location from the White House. Cleanly, friendly staff, and have a bag check-in.
Room felt "stuffy." You can hear some traffic and sounds from the nearby college.
Comfort and location
Perfect location for us, near Dupont Circle. Large room, clean, kitchenette, very comfortable bed, L'Occitane toiletries. Good Happy Hour menu in bar, Nice stay.
The convenience, staff and rooms were all outstanding. Clean, spacious.
Was hair in my ice tray but it was a peaceful stay.
Great Location, large rooms
The location was great. Close to Georgetown, Dupont Circle and a reasonable distance to the mall. The restaurant served a good breakfast. Large comfortable room.
We arrived near midnight. The valet parking at that hour is handled by a rather rude and indifferent man in a security guard uniform. Check in was rather slow. WiFi is extra.

Whenever I'm in DC, (once or twice a year) I always stay at the St. Gregory. It's centrally located in the Hub of DC action with convenient public transportation to anywhere within walking distance from the front door. Love the food, drink, and freindly smiles and banter of the doormen. The computer equipment in the business center can use some updating though.
The St Gregory Hotel is set in Washington D.C. and is close to local sightseeing spots, including The George Washington University, Cathedral of St Matthew the Apostle and Anderson House. It is surrounded by a variety of nightlife options and is within a 10-minute walk of Dupont Circle Metro Station.
There are a range of amenities on offer to those staying at the hotel, such as an express check-in and check-out feature, valet parking and meeting facilities. Staff are available 24 hours a day and can help with booking tours and tickets.
The St Gregory Hotel's 155 contemporary rooms offer a refrigerator, internet access and a flat-screen TV, plus all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Guests can relax in the homely sitting area.
The hotel is within walking distance of Farragut West WMATA station, connecting guests with the surrounding area. Phillips Collection, National Geographic Society and D.C. are a brief walk away.
