10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: A peaceful 2 nights stay at Heatherlea. I like to be left alone to get on with work & really loved the idea that you don't have to pay for facilities that you don't use. Brought my own food for one night & it was useful to use the microwave outside the rooms to heat up my own food, Crockery, cutlery & sauces all provided. On the other night, I walked to the local shops, takeaway chinese, curry, pizza, kebabs, burgers & a convenience store to buy some milk. Great addition of a fridge in the room & lashings of complimentary tea, coffee & hot chocolate. Everything was so clean, it looked like new. Slept like a log on both nights as it was just so quiet. Will be booking again without a doubt.

Pros: The Breakfast was OK but not a cooked one that I would have prefered owing to refurbishment works.....
Cons: I did not like the fact we were not informed of refurbishment works thus no Bar or Restaurant until I had paid for the one night thus not being able to cancel......I only booked the room thinking there was a bar and somewhere to eat.....

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great variety of food. The only thing was my poached egg was slightly overdone!
Cons: I had no idea how to use the coffee machine in the room I think it might have been broken!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The layout good sized bedroom and good vies from the restaurant into the garden.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Very dated rooms in desperate need of a refurb. Our family room had very noisy floors which meant everyone was awake every time one of us needed the toilet. The other extremely poor experience was the restaurant: we waited 40 minutes for the couvert (some bread and butter) and they only had ours and 1 other table to attend - very poor service and food. My chicken satay skewers were 90% salt - absolutely inedible - and my daughter's pigs in blankets included mash from a bag and a Yorkshire pudding from the stone age (hard as rock really, only use would have been as a carving instrument).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My room was very cosy and I really enjoyed my stay here. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely use it again. Thank you
Cons: The food menu choice wasnt great and the prices were quite high
2,0 Mediocre

Pros: I was nice to have sole control of heating, enabling me to meet my comfort levels. Breakfast and dinner catered for my dietry requirements, which did not involve the boring vegetable option.

The bedroom and bathroom decor was immaculate and stylish. This will be my go to hotel when in Warrington. Thanks guys. The bed and mattress were perfect and huge.

7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fine. Tomatoes were tinned! Not what I expected. Ate their on first night. The food was good; vegetable soup excellent and risotto OK. My friend had tomato and basil soup which was good; her pasta bake was excellent. Service very good, although the restaurant was very quiet.
Cons: Having no lamp in the bedroom - too bright with the lights on. The lamp over the bed the bulb must have gone. When you ran the hot water in the sink the drain plug in the shower bubbled - needs attention. I should have told them but no one in reception when I left.

Pros: Well equipped gym. Plenty on site parking. Most of staff were pleasant enough.
Cons: Difficult to find, in middle of business park, albeit not helped by ongoing road works in Warrington and very heavy all day traffic. Bathroom needed a good scrub. Grout in tiles had mold growth on. Rooms a bit tired and in need of re-decor.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Rooms are very comfortable
Cons: website for assistance from the room doesn’t work. With no phone in the room what happens if there is an emergency where you cannot get to the website that is worthless You turned a very good restaurant from the past into an obnoxious sports bar that is not suited for business men

Pros: It was great, there is lots of parking spaces and disabled spaces. The reception is very welcoming with happy staff. Lifts or stairs were no problem and very easy access. Very clean bedroom with conditments available. Breakfast was very nice a good selection to eat. The restaurant is spacious. Staff were very helpful at breakfast too. There are a few restaurants nearby and if your driving they have kfc Mc d tkmaxx Aldi Tesco extra nearby. We were a group of 8 and
Cons: Firstly I didn’t realise it was a dog friendly hotel but that is my fault as I should of read all information. Secondly when entered my room it was absolutely freezing as all windows were wide open and the room smelted terrible of cigarettes. The staff were great and fast and changed my room promptly. Thirdly we came back in the evening the whole level smelt of cigarettes it was terrible. Fourth when we went for breakfast the next day the hallway still smelt absolutely terrible. It’s obvious that smoking is frequent here , I have four children with asthma and this was not acceptable. The maids either aren’t letting the reception know or the manager isn’t doing anything and is not charging the guests. £100 is the fine a this is what should be used to pay for the room to be cleaned properly. As soon as you come out the lift the whole corridor smelted of cigarettes, this can’t just be from one room.
6,0 Good
Cons: Wifi dropping in and out, had to come to reception to get a signal
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s dog friendly which is brilliant but the staff are great too - very helpful. They provided a sewing kit when I need it.

Cons: We arrived here for a one night stay with our 4 year old daughter. On arrival we found a large group of drunk people outside in various states and a similar situation inside. With more than one party taking place the venue was loud and we were kept awake until 4am. Not a pleasant experience.

Pros: I was nice to have sole control of heating, enabling me to meet my comfort levels. Breakfast and dinner catered for my dietry requirements, which did not involve the boring vegetable option.
Cons: I did not ask, however, I would have slept a bit better if I had harder pillows. I will ask the next time I stay.

Pros: The staff were absolutely great. Very helpful and made me feel very welcome. I ordered food from the restaurant to my room, the service was so very good and the food was amazing. The bedroom and bathroom decor was immaculate and stylish. This will be my go to hotel when in Warrington. Thanks guys. The bed and mattress were perfect and huge.
Cons: The breakfast was just a little disappointing. Used margarine on the toast, rendering it inedible to me.

7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fine.
