Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly criticize the hotel's cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, bad odors, and unclean bathrooms as major issues. Service is also frequently mentioned negatively, including unresponsive staff and security concerns. The breakfast offering is repeatedly described as poor or not matching expectations. However, some guests appreciate the hotel's convenient location, and a few mention comfortable beds or helpful staff, though these positives are outweighed by the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
