Pros:

The staff did not recognize my rental and claimed that they did not have my contact information from Kayak to inform me that they had cancelled my reservation and did not have cars available. My phone number and contact details were clearly listed on the reservation with Kayak.

Cons:

They were not willing to make any accomodation. It would have been better if I had gone elsewhere.

Car was very old and the breaks smelled like fire. No drop off box at the newton location causing me to drive an extra hour to a different one after being 3 minutes late

I will never rent from budget again. Wildly unprofessional, the car rental experience was stressful and the car itself was disgusting.

Pick up and drop off we’re simple and efficient. Discovered a tire had a nail in it and was leaking. Called their 1-800 number and they arranged for me to swap out the car. Very satisfied with their response.
