Being up front with their fees, I went in with the misguided notion that my reservation would be honored at the amount agreed on. Instead I was charged my reservation amount with an additional “company policy fee” of $400 on top of what I was already paying for the actual rental. My $300 rental had now come out to over $700. I booked online, I payed the deposit, I showed up to pick up the car and they told me they didn't have anything for me, that they wouldn't honor my booking, wouldn't refund my deposit, and I was forced to spend $250 to buy a ticket for a 26 minute flight.Cons:

Customer service at the counter was great-- very friendly and helpful staff! I ended up getting a much nicer car than I had originally reserved due to low inventory at the same price as my original rental. The car was absolutely perfect and I had a blast enjoying the freedom it gave me while I was on my trip.Cons:
The underage driver charge is rough, but that was to be expected. Additionally, there wasn't very much flexibility in drop off location for a cancelled flight-- driving the car from FLG to PHX would have doubled the cost of my rental just to turn the car in at a different location.10,0 Wonderful
