Pros:Nothing I couldn’t even pick up my rental and they had my reservation canceledCons:Being up front with their fees, I went in with the misguided notion that my reservation would be honored at the amount agreed on. Instead I was charged my reservation amount with an additional “company policy fee” of $400 on top of what I was already paying for the actual rental. My $300 rental had now come out to over $700. I almost missed my own mother’s funeral. Thank you for your service Alamo!Reviewed Apr 13 2021
