At pickup they did not have they requested vehicle but something much larger / less fuel efficient. The person asked if I’d take it if they marked fuel out at zero to save a little on gas. I said yes. When I checked the invoice it noted fuel full. Not a big deal - I paid for the fuel I used but if I hadn’t checked I’d have paid the much higher return rate based on her statement to me.Reviewed Aug 10 2023

We spent 9 days in Flagstaff and Sedona in our wonderful Mazda CX-5. Easy to pick up and drop off. Clean, comfortable, and a great car for a week. Would rent again!Reviewed Jul 19 2021

Pros:Easy drop off. Great gas mileage.Cons:Car was filthy at pickup. “Maintenance required” indicator light every time car was started. Flat tire I had to resolve on my own. Paid for Premium (“Maxima or similar) and was assigned mid-sized Rav4.Reviewed May 9 2021

Pros:At drop off point a mile from airport we were going to have to get a ride to the airport. The agent told us we could drop the car at the airport and save us from getting a ride. He was very friendly and helpful.Cons:A larger carReviewed Apr 1 2021
