The car was perfect for what we needed it for. Great customer service.Cons:
We booked a 7 seater which said it would be a vivaro or similar. We needed 7 seats plus plenty of boot space as we were going away for a week, we had suitcases and a pram. When we arrived to pick it up we were shown a small car with no boot space once all the seats were up. This was obviously too small, by chance there was a Hyundai I800 that had just been brought back while we were on the forecourt. So this was cleaned up for us. I do not know what would have happened if that vehicle had not been returned. Overall, the service was fan and would definately use again.keddy by Europcar
